A preliminary Tree Removal Permit Narrative and preliminary Tree Removal and Mitigation Plan were prepared by OBEC Consulting Engineers (OBEC) in June 2010. The narrative and accompanying plans outlined the proiect's compliance with the Oregon City Municipal Code (OCMC) Chapters 12.08 (Public and Street Trees) and 17.41 (Tree Protection Standards), and provided preliminary information regarding the number of trees to be removed during construction activities. Following the submittal of the preliminary documents, a complete tree survey was conducted by OBEC. This addendum provides a more detailed account of the number and size of trees to be removed, and provides additional information regarding the proiect's compliance with the acmc tree removal mitigation standards. A copy of the final Tree Removal and Mitigation Plan drawing set has been provided as an attachment. Tree Removal As discussed within the preliminary narrative, the project will require the removal of both street trees and regulated trees within the proposed construction area boundary; no trees will be removed from outside the construction limits, as depicted in the attached drawings.
