Introduction We are very pleased to welcome you to the European Utilities Telecom Council 2018 Annual Conference to be held at the Malmömassan Conference Center from 25th to 28 th September 2018. The conference is composed of plenary sessions, workshops and an exhibition. Instructions 1. Venue of the Conference Malmömassan Conference Center Mässgatan 6, 215 32 Malmö, Sweden Phone: +46 40 631 11 10 2. Exhibition Space The table top exhibit is intended to facilitate the display and distribution of company information. a) Size: an area of 3m x 2m (total 6m²) will be provided for each exhibitor. All materials and displays belonging to the exhibitor must fit inside this area. The Organizer reserves the right to move or remove material or displays placed outside the allotted area. b) Maximum height: 3m. c) Table size: a table will be provided to each exhibitor along with two chairs. The table size is LXW: 1,8 x 0,45 cm or 0,60 cm, H: 0,76 d) Electrical access: Electrical services may be contracted from the conference AV Provider. e) Internet: Standard public internet is available. 2.1. Set-up times: The exhibitors will have from 9:00 until 15:00 on Tuesday 25th September to complete their displays. All displays should be finished, and all boxes and packing material cleared by 22:00 on Thursday 27 th September after the last social function which ends at 18:30 on that day. 2.2. Exhibit Hours: Wednesday 26th September: 08:00 17:00 Highlights: Breakfast, lunch, breaks in exhibit area Thursday 27 st September: 08:00 19:00 - Highlights: Breakfast, lunch, breaks, drinks in exhibit area Please keep in mind that the schedule may be subject to change depending on any last minute program updates. Dismantling of all booths will take place on Thursday 27 th September after the exhibition closing reception. If exhibitors wish to ship materials back to their office after the event, all pick-ups of material must be scheduled from Friday 28 th September 08:00. The venue reserves the right to dispose of materials left behind by this time and the organizer will not accept responsibility for items not picked up or removed. 2.3. AV Orders

Exhibition Specifications The exhibition will be held on First Floor Foyer of the Malmömassan conference center. (See the floor plan at the end of the exhibition manual) During the setup or dismantling of the exhibition, it is strictly forbidden for any exhibitors or suppliers to leave material in front of the emergency exits, doors or fire extinguishers of the room. 3.1. Bag inserts All sponsors are entitled to a bag insert. Please label very clearly the boxes containing the bag inserts in order for the team to recognize the box. This box should be delivered by Friday 27 th September. Sponsors are kindly asked to send a picture (if possible) or a description of their promotional item (flyer, USB stick, pen, ) to eutc@eutc.org by 20th September. Promotional items: we require 150

At the Quality View Hotel you will benefit from the conference preferred rate ( 151.30). At the Malmo Arena Hotel you will benefit a preferred rate (131-150.28 ). After that date, we cannot guarantee the same rate and it will be upon availabilities.
