MEET ME AT HALLS HEAD CENTRAL The $54 million redevelopment of Halls Head Central will transform the existing centre into a vibrant shopping destination, taking advantage of increasing population growth and retail spending in the Peel Region. There will be new retailers including one of WA s first Aldi stores, a brand new Coles and Kmart, a mini major and approximately 58 specialty stores. INTRODUCING THE NEW CENTRE The $54 million redevelopment will triple the size of Halls Head Central creating a contemporary, family-friendly shopping destination with a coastal feel. Here s what to expect: The centre will expand in size to approximately 18,400 sqm, an addition of around 12,500 sqm A brand new Coles supermarket A brand new Kmart One of WA s first Aldi supermarkets 1 mini major and approximately 58 specialities A new casual dining precinct with a dedicated alfresco area and children s playground Approximately 616 extra parking bays bringing the total to around 1,040 car bays 18,400sqm 616 EXTRA PARKING BAYS The existing centre, which will feature a relaxed coastal vibe, will be completely refurbished, adding improved amenities and additional services. The redevelopment is scheduled for completion in early 2016.

MEET THE LOCALS The Peel Region is one of the fastest growing areas in WA, with an expected annual population growth rate of 3.4% in the Halls Head total trade area and 2.8% growth in the main trade area, compared to 1.8% in Perth*. The community is characterised by a high proportion of affluent empty nesters and a mix of young and mature families, with a lifestyle centred around boating on the canals.
