What is skybriefing.com? skybriefing.com is the new integrated briefing solution for all airspace users (general aviation VFR/IFR, business aviation, dispatch etc.). The new web application for flight preparations provides the statemandated services on Swiss aerodromes as well as the location independent services via internet. The appearance of skybriefing is now consistently, regardless of whether it is used from home or at a terminal at the airport. skybriefing.com is the official integrated briefing solution for Switzerland, that has been approved by the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA). The services and information provided by skyguide and MeteoSwiss are also available location independent and worldwide via internet. The new solution provides Web services interfaces that can be used by software and app developers. The interfaces provide access to NOTAM data from authoritative sources and schedule functions. Skyguide makes a contribution to the development of a market that addresses the broader needs of the general aviation and so in turn contributes to safety in aviation. Service Levels skybriefing.com assures a high service quality and availability Service contingency Should the skybriefing.com service be temporarily suspended, service contingency is provided by our Helpdesk. Service maintenance Service availability Service hours: 24 hours a day, 365 days a year Service uptime: over 95% Availability: depending on individual internet service provider Planned maintenance: The aivailability of the selfbriefing.com service may be restricted at times due to planned maintenance to the operating infrastructure. All preventive maintenance will be carried out at night during the working week. Such maintenance may result in the service being unavailable for periods of several hours. All planned system maintenance will be announced in advance on the entry page of skybriefing.com and via Email to every user registered. Unplanned maintenance: Should any unplanned maintenance be urgently required, this will be announced by Email wherever possible. In such cases every effort will be made to perform the maintenance at night.

Service access and system requirements skybriefing.com Service is accessible via www.skybriefing.com Once you have initially registered, the skybriefing service, with the exception of flight plan filing, will be available to you free of charge for a one-month trial. Following this trial period, you will be requested to pay an annual flat fee for a one-year access. The Contract concluded by your payment will automatically expire after one year. skybriefing.com system requirements and recommendations Internet access Supported Browsers: Firefox 12, IE 8, Safari 5.1, Chrome 18 or higher Recommended screen resolution: 1024 x 768 pixels Adobe Acrobat Reader or higher Responsibility skybriefing.com is the official integrated briefing solution for Switzerland, that has been implemented by skyguide by order of the the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA). The services and information provided by skyguide and MeteoSwiss are official and certified data sources. Ordering, fees and billing The use of skybriefing.com service is subject to user fees. These consist of a basic annual service charge and further individual fees for additional products and packages. Service Ordering The skybriefing.com service can be ordered online by purchasing a skybriefing base account, under the terms and conditions published. A 14 days trial period subscription is offered. Additional products (e.g. flight plan packages) can be ordered, under the terms and conditions published. Billing The fees applicable must be paid online by following credit card and either currency: Swiss francs VISA Card X X Master Card X X American Express X X PayPal X X Euros All the fees stated are in CHF or EUR and include VAT and all further taxes and charges prescribed by law. The fees stated do not include the cost of internet access or any service charges levied by the internet service provider
