KLASIFIKACIJA VAZDUŠNOG PROSTORA ATS 1. ATS AIRSPACE CLASSIFICATION 1.1 Opšte 1.1 General 1.1.1 Vazdušni prostor u okviru FIR/UIR Beograd je podeljen na četiri ICAO klase: C, D, E i G. ICAO klase A, B i F nisu u upotrebi. 1.1.2 Klase vazdušnog prostora su opisane dalje u tekstu u skladu sa uslovima upotrebe i uslugama koje se u njima pružaju. 1.1.3 Klasifikacija vazdušnog prostora se ne primenjuje: a) Srbija a) Serbia na vojne vazduhoplove kada lete u zonama za letenje vojnih vazduhoplova, u privremeno izdvojenim i privremeno rezervisanim delovima vazdušnog prostora ili kada izvršavaju letove posebne namene, po ministarstva nadležnog za poslove odbrane; i na vazduhoplove ministarstva nadležnog za unutrašnje poslove, kada izvršavaju letove posebne namene. b) Crna Gora b) Montenegro na vojne vazduhoplove kada lete u privremeno ograničenim i privremeno rezervisanim delovima vazdušnog prostora ili kada izvršavaju letove za posebno delovanje. 1.1.4 Klase vazdušnog prostora se primenjuju na sledeći način: a) Srbija: a) Serbia ICAO klasa C: u kontrolisanom vazdušnom prostoru (TMA, CTA, UTA), izuzev u kontrolisanim zonama (CTR) i aerodromskim saobraćajnim zonama (ATZ) kada su aktivne; 1.1.1 Within the Beograd FIR/UIR the airspace is divided into four ICAO classes: C, D, E and G. VFR AIP Srbija / Crna Gora ICAO class D: in all CTRs within working hours an Air Traffic Control Unit responsible for the provision ATS in that CTR, except in ATZs when active; and ICAO class G: outside controlled airspace, above FL 660, in all ATZs up to heights published in IAIP, when ATZs are active, or up to a height approved by responsible Unit, as well as in sporting activity areas up to heights published in IAIP, when those areas are active. b) Crna Gora: b) Montenegro ICAO klasa C: ICAO class C: u svim završnim kontrolisanim oblastima (TMA); i in all terminal control areas (TMA); and iznad above ICAO klasa D: u svim kontrolisanim zonama (CTR); ICAO klasa E: između 1500 FT (450 M) AGL i AMSL izuzev u završnim kontrolisanim oblastima (TMA) i kontrolisanim zonama (CTR); i ICAO klasa G: od tla do 1500 FT (450 M) AGL izuzev u kontrolisanim zonama (CTR). 1.1.5 Informacije o vertikalnim i horizontalnim granicama vazdušnih prostora i odgovarajućim ATS jedinicama su date u podsekcijama: ENR 2.1, ENR 2.2, AD 2.17 i na vazduhoplovnoj karti ENR 6.2-1. ICAO class D: in all control zones (CTR); ICAO class E: between 1500 FT (450 M) AGL and AMSL except in terminal control areas (TMA) and control zones (CTR); and ICAO class G: from the ground up to 1500 FT (450 M) AGL except in control zones (CTR). 1.1.5 Information about vertical and lateral limits the airspaces and the appropriate ATS units are given in subsections: ENR 2.1, ENR 2.2, AD 2.17 and on the aeronautical chart ENR 6.2-1. 1.2 Klase C, D, E i G 1.2. Classes C, D, E and G 1.2.1 Klase C, D, E i G vazdušnog prostora ustanovljene su saglasno ICAO Aneksu 11: Klasa C. Dozvoljeni su IFR i VFR letovi. Sve letove obezbeđuje pružalac usluge kontrole letenja, tako da se IFR letovi razdvajaju od ostalih IFR i VFR letova. VFR letovi se razdvajaju od IFR letova i dobijaju informacije o ostalom VFR saobraćaju, a na zahtev i savet o izbegavanju saobraćaja. VFR AIP Srbija / Crna Gora Klasa D. Dozvoljeni su IFR i VFR letovi. Sve letove obezbeđuje pružalac usluge kontrole letenja. IFR letovi se razdvajaju od ostalih IFR letova i dobijaju informaciju o VFR saobraćaju i, na zahtev, savet o izbegavanju saobraćaja. VFR letovi dobijaju informacije o IFR/VFR saobraćaju i, na zahtev, savet o izbegavanju saobraćaja. Klasa E. Dozvoljeni su IFR i VFR letovi.
