Thomas Molloy LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR Canada Province of Saskatchewan ELIZABETH THE SECOND, by the Grace of God of the United Kingdom, Canada and Her other Realms and Territories QUEEN, Head of the Commonwealth, Defender of the Faith. To all to whom these Presents shall come, GREETING: A PROCLAMATION WHEREAS section 3 of The Court of Appeal Act, 2000, S.S. 2000, c.c-42.1 provides, in part, as follows: 3(2) The court consists of a chief justice called the Chief Justice of Saskatchewan and six other judges... (4) The Lieutenant Governor may, by proclamation, increase the number of judges. WHEREAS the Court of Appeal now consists of a Chief Justice and six other judges. WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to increase the number of judges of the court so that the Court of Appeal shall consist of a Chief Justice and seven other judges. NOW KNOW YE, that by and with the advice of our Executive Council of Our Province, We do by these Presents proclaim that the number of judges of the Court of Appeal is increased so that the court now consists of a Chief Justice and seven other judges. OF ALL OF WHICH PRESENTS Our Loving Subjects of Our said Province and all others whom they may concern are hereby required to take notice and govern themselves accordingly.
