The Welcome Reception, at the Miraflores Visitors Center, will be an opportunity to find out more about the Panama Canal, in the context of its 100th anniversary celebrations. The canal s current expansion is one of the largest ongoing construction projects in the world, and will secure its strategic value as a key conduit of international trade and a driving force for progress and growth.
