Warburg Nature Reserve RG9 6BJ Open 7.00pm Closes 2.30am Follow white arrows on the trees and take care on the steep grassy descent. 55 KM Join a footpath in the trees, parallel to the main road. Continue alongside a tall fence with houses behind (Benson RAF). Keep right by the barns, on the track between the trees. Keep straight ahead on the off-road track. Follow the (private) tarmac road. Road crossing with little roadside verge and limited visibility. 65 KM PAGE 7

Cross the fast A- road to become offroad along the riverside again (on a rough, grassy track). Route becomes off-road along the riverside, through rough, grassy cattle fields. Checkpoint 6 Follow the footpath parallel to the road (which crosses it a few times). 75 KM 70 KM PAGE 8

PAGE 9 Keep right, crossing 2 small footbridges keeping the river on your right. Turn left, away from the Science Centre fence just past 3 Pylons, cross the railway bridge and turn right. Caution: Rough footpath downhill beside a track, turning left by the river. Follow the perimiter fence (on your left) to the Science centre. 85 KM Take great care along and crossing the road. Turn left along an access track, to and right along the A4144 / Abingdon road to re-join the original route by Folly Bridge.
