Ms. Hahn reported she was bitten by a stray cat and the owner has not been determined. I located a 1980 homemade trailer with Altered missouri Tags on the trailer. I contacted the property owner who said that the trailer was a friend of his sons and that if it was suspicious to remove it from his property. Upon arrival I observed a 1990 Ford Taurus blocking the north bound lane of Peculiar Drive. The vehicle was causing a traffic hazard and obstruction. J's Southland Tow Service responded and removed the vehicle.
