1. ZAŠTO HALICANUM?? Jedan od najznačajnijih poznatih trgovačkih putova iz doba Rimljana je tzv. jantarski put od sjeverne Italije (Aquileia), preko Ljubljane (Emona), Celja (Celeia), Ptuja (Poetovio), kroz briježno međuriječje Mure i Drave i riječnog prijelaza kod današnjeg naselja Sveti Martin na Muri (Halicanum), za Szombathely (Savaria), Petronell (mjesto između Beča i Bratislave)na Dunavu (Carnuntum) i prema sjeveru kroz Moravska vrata do Baltika. Drugi značajni strateški pravac koji je također prolazio preko rijeke Mure i nastavljao prema sjeveroistoku je onaj do Budimpešte (Aquincum) i drugih vojničkih logora na Dunavu. Ova dva pravca, koja su se odvajala upravo na području današnjeg Međimurja, predstavljala su važne žile kucavice rimskog imperija i sudbinski su utjecali na sva kasnija povijesna zbivanja koja su se događala na relaciji zapad-istok na svim područjima rimskog imperija. Upravo ovom razvijenom mrežom cesta Rimljani su ubrzali razmjenu dobara, ali i izravno intervenirali u prostoru. Ti putovi ujedno pokazuju pravce rimskih osvajanja. 3 Kultura Rimskog Carstva zahvaća Međimurje početkom I. st. naše ere. Najznačajniji antički lokalitet u Međimurju je Halicanum, rimski grad municipij, današnji Sveti Martin na Muri. Njega čine elementi antičke arhitekture, brojna keramika, rimski novac, glinene uljanice, fibule, u rasponu od 1. do 4. st. Nove ere. Dakle dođite i sami otkrijte putove starih Rimljana. 4. PRAVILA XCO HALICANUM TROPHY U subotu 02. kolovoza 2014. godine održati će se MTB utrka u disciplini Crosscountry XCO Halicanum trophy 2014 UCI Class 2. Utrka je kategorije UCI Class 2 u kategorijama Juniori (MJ), Elite (ME), Elite - žene (WE), dok se za kup RH boduju kategorije Elite M/Ž, Juniori M/Ž, Kadeti, U15, U14 M/Ž, U13, Veterani ABC i Sport. Mjesto okupljanja natjecatelja je na sportskim terenima u Spa & sport resortu Sveti Martin u mjestu Toplice Sveti Martin (opis prilaza u prilogu), gdje se obavlja prijava natjecatelja i podjela startnih brojeva. Svaki natjecatelj nastupa na vlastitu odgovornost. Preuzimanje startnih brojeva moguće je u petak, 01.08.2014. od 18 h do 20 h i u subotu, 02.08.2014. od 10 h do jedan sat prije starta pojedine utrke. Startne liste zaključuju se jedan sat prije starta pojedine utrke. 7 Start i cilj natjecanja je na sportskim terenima, dok će proglašenje pobjednika biti kraj Puba Potkova (označeno na karti u prilogu). U slučaju ekstremnih uvjeta na stazi (velike kiše ili velike vrućine) organizator će, u suradnji sa sucem i tehničkim delegatom, prilagoditi broj krugova za sve kategorije. Za dodavanje vode i hrane biti će označene dvije zone za opskrbu i tehničku pomoć (položaj na karti). Detalji staze vidljivi su na grafikonu koji je priložen ovim propozicijama. Mjerenje vremena se obavlja elektronskim mjernim uređajima. Staza je označena i otvorena za obilazak od petka 01.08.2014. u 18:00 sati, uz napomenu da tog dana dio staze koja ide po makadamskoj cesti neće biti zatvoren za promet automobila i pješaka pa molimo oprez! Djeca do 16 godina mogu sudjelovati u pratnji odrasle osobe uz pismeni pristanak roditelja. 1. WHY HALICANUM?? One of the most famous trade routes from Roman times is the so-called Amber Road from northern Italy (Aquileia), via Ljubljana (Emona), Celje (Celeia), Ptuj (Poetovio) through hilly territory between the rivers Mura and Drava and river crossing near the present village Sveti Martin na Muri (Halicanum) for Szombathely (Savaria), Petronell (place between Vienna and Bratislava) on the Danube (Carnuntum) and northward through the Moravian gate to the Baltic. Another important strategic direction, which is also passed over the Mura and continued to the northeast, is the one to Budapest (Aquincum) and other military camps on the Danube. These two fields, which were separated just in the area today Medjimurje have been important lifeline of the Roman Empire and fatefully affected all further historically related events which occurred on the east-west route in all areas of the Roman Empire. Precisely this developed network of roads the Romans accelerate the exchange of goods, but also directly intervened in space. These paths also show the directions of the Roman conquest. 3 Culture of the Roman Empire engages Medjimurje in the early first century AD. 4. RULES FOR XCO HALICANUM TROPHY - UCI C2 On Sunday, 2th of August 2014. a Cross-country race XCO HALICANUM TROPHY 2014 UCI Class 2 will be held. The race will be pointed for the Class 2 points in the categories: Juniors Men (MJ), Elite Men (ME) and Elite Woman (WE), and Croatia Cup in categories: Elite M, Elite W, Juniors M/W, Cadets, U15, U14 M/W, U13, Master ABC and Sport. Meeting place for all the competitors will be on the sport terrains in the Spa & sport resort Sveti Martin in the village Toplice Sveti Martin (description is attached), where the race office is located. Each competitor starts on its own responsibility. Assumption of start numbers is possible on Friday, 1th of August 2014 between 18.00 h and 20.00 h, and on Saturday, 2th of August 2014 from 10.00 h until one hour before the start for each category. Start list for the each category concludes 60 minutes prior to the start. 7 Start and finish of the competition is located on the sport terrains, but the winners ceremony will be held in pub Horseshoe (market on the map attached). In the case of extreme conditions on the course (in the case of high rain or large heat) organizer in conjunction with a UCI Comissaire and technical delegates will adjust the number of the rounds for all the categories. 5. RULES FOR RECREATIONAL HALICANUM MTB & ROAD MARATON Date: Sunday, 03.08.2014. Place: Sveti Martin na Muri, Toplice Sveti Martin, sport fields od Spa & sport resort Sveti Martin Format recreational MTB marathon & road marathon The race is open to all citizens over 16 who have paid the registration fee and respect the rules of the organizers. Children under 16 years can participate in the company of an adult with written parental consent. 10 Entry: 120 KN / 15 Preregistrations are possible on- line in the form on http://halicanum.bk-muraavantura.hr or on the e-mail: muraavantura@gmail.com till 12:00 am. on Friday 01.08.2014. Applications are possible 7:30 to 8:55 a.m. on the day of the race. Start of all categories is on 09:00 a.m.. It is organized refreshment at the two points in Štrigova place and lunch for all participants after marathon. All participants will receive an appropriate t-shirt, medal, and free bath in Spa & sport resort St. Martin. For fastest three participants in the category are provided symbolic rewards. ROUTE: - Road heavy < 80 km - Road easy < 30 km - MTB heavy < 65 km - MTB easy < 20 km Note: This year, the route will be prepared for those more demanding and less demanding participants. Routes will be new this year and will be traced and marked until 28.07.2014.. Gps track will be placed on the page http://halicanum.bk-muraavantura.hr. From Zagreb, after the A4 motorway exit in Čakovec, follow signs for Sveti Martin na Muri, and Toplice Sveti Martin where follow the white label Halicanum Trophy, which will lead you to the parking spaces. From the direction of Austria or Murska Sobota (Slovenia) follow signs for the village Raskrižje and in Gibina cross the State border. Follow signs for St. Martin na Muri, and Toplice Sveti Martin where follow the white label Halicanum Trophy, which will lead you to the parking spaces.
