Mountain Valley submitted and supplemented its Implementation Plan for the Project on various dates. Mountain Valley requests that the Director of the Office of Energy Projects issue a Notice to Proceed with the hand-felling of trees on properties associated with the Blue Ridge Parkway (approximate MPs 245.9-246.4) as listed in Attachment A. Attachment B includes written authorization from the National Park Service for this activity. Mountain Valley respectfully requests that this Notice to Proceed be issued by February 23, 2018.
