It is possible to shorten the dates to have arrival day on Tuesday 13 th and competition starting on Wednesday 14 th. 2.5 Location of Event Dunkeswell is located in the beautifully green and typically English Blackdown Hills in North Devon, which is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. These are conservation areas specifically recognised by Natural England for their natural beauty and significance. On the climb to altitude on a clear day the north and south coasts of Devon and Cornwall are visible and so is south Wales on the other side of the Bristol channel. The closest large cities are Exeter, Plymouth, Bournmouth and Bristol.

2.6 Details of access to location by air (recommended main airport, other airports, with relevant road and rail connections (including timetables, car rental possibilities, and (if included in the bid) pickup arrangements with costs. It is permanently NOTAMed for Parachuting. There is restricted airspace 1.3 miles to the west which rarely has any affect on operations. Occasionally when running in to the west, if permission is not granted to enter the airspace, it is necessary to complete a parachute drop in two passes. Permission is usually granted to enter this restricted airspace. NATS agreement attached (Annexe 01) 2.9 Landowner restrictions. No restrictions agreed by long term lease.

2.10 Details of event insurance All persons cleared to go airside: EU Parachutists covered by their own parachuting governing organisations 3 rd party insurance with minimum cover of 1.5million. All other parachutists Full BPA or temporary BPA membership with 3 rd party cover of 5million. BPA membership does not cover personal accident insurance. Public liability insurance cover 5million for parachute training operation and associated activities. 2.11 Details of insurance required by participants: EU Parachutists - Current member of their own parachuting governing organisation and fulfilled the medical requirements of that organisation, not classified as a student parachutist, minimum of 100 jumps, with current 3rd party liability insurance to cover a minimum of 1,500,000. Onsite restaurant open to public with viewing area Café (Tea, coffee, cold drinks and snacks) with large open communal seating area. TV screens. Free drinking water. Large outdoor seating/picnic area. Camping area (Camping 2.50pppn, showers 1.50, electric hookup 5 per day). Showers and toilets Large indoor packing area Outdoor packing area Fully equipped staff office (inc photocopier, scanner, printer) for registration and administration during competition. Classrooms (available for exclusive use of judges). Full time rigger with onsite rigging loft. There are hundreds of rooms of all standards within 20 minute drive of Dunkeswell aerodrome. 2.17 Local transportation provided Shuttle to hotel included in accommodation package. Local transport can be arranged to other accommodation on request at extra cost. 2.18 Outline of media plan, media contacts, publicity arrangements and appointment of a Media Officer, work plan with IPC Media Liaison Officer. Close cooperation with the IPC Media Liaison Officer and information published at the official IPC Website. Event website with all information including social media streams and bulletins. Press releases before the event to local and national media/press. Facebook page and Instagram account to promote the competition before and during the event. Appointed person during the event to do social media and to liase with the IPC Media Liaision Officer. 2.19 Accommodation details for FAI/IPC officials. Premiere Inn, Honiton. 15 minutes drive. See above

2.20 Details of all Judging and Scoring Equipment to be provided. IPC approved SMDs will be provided. All necessary computers and scoring system for judging supplied on site. 2.21 Details of Public Address system to be used by Manifest and for the general public. PA system operated from manifest covering entire area of DZ facilities apart from the restaurant. 2.22 Safety Full safety strategy for parachuting operation and ground activities covered by BPA operations manual and local SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). In case of injury, medical emergency, crime or other emergency the UK emergency services phone number is 999 (Police, Ambulance, Fire and Rescue services). Ambulance station based in Honiton (15minute drive), Air Ambulance Helicopter based in Exeter 25miles. Local Hospitals with A&E (accident and emergency) department: Musgrove Park Hospital, Taunton - 13.4miles Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Exeter 22.5 miles In case of a minor injury there will be three qualified First Aiders on site during operating hours with appropriate First Aid kit. All incidents minor or serious should be reported to organisers in an appropriate way and will be treated with confidence if necessary. 2.24 Proposals for Event Officials (Meet Director Michael Lovemore (IPC SP Subcommittee), Assistant to the Chief Judge TBC, the SP Scoring Technical Director Holger Enderlin and Media Officer Andy Torbet). 2.25 Details of on-site communications (radios, telephone, etc.). Staff have walkie talkie radios. Mobile phones. 2.26 Full details of any National, State, Provincial, Local or Aeroclub / Organiser Legislation and/or Rules that apply to the Event, the Competitors and their equipment, including use of AADs, helmets, etc. All parachuting in the Uk is governed by the BPA Operations manual. Helmets mandatory. https://www.bpa.org.uk/staysafe/operations-manual/ 2.27 Full details of applicable Visa requirements (including online government information) and assistance to be provided to Delegations to obtain such Visas and any cost for such a service. Invitation letters available upon request free of charge. 2.28 Whether all necessary medals will be obtained from the FAI or supplied by the Organiser, as per 3.4. We will obtain FAI medals. 2.29 Details of any Anti-Doping requirements and systems and/or process to be in place or to be expected. The FAI Anti-Doping Rules and Procedures will be adopted. 2.30 Date of post event report. One week after official departure day. 2.31 In addition the following information may be provided, but is not essential for the granting of Sanction (see 2.5 below). The applicant may submit this information and any proposals for other Event Officials at a later
