6 Correspondence out 6.1 CMC 2018 Annual Update of Membership Contact Details 7 Business from Correspondence: 7.1 Nil 8 New Business 8.1 Nil 9 CMC Report 9.1 As previously mentioned, there is a Special Code 404 meeting on 19 November 2018 @ 7pm, Clubs are to send Registrar and Vehicle Inspectors along. Attendees need to read handbook prior, and bring along their copy. 9.2 Code 404 Amendments: The Department of Transport has now removed Condition 001 License to be carried in vehicle at all times from the records of code 404 vehicles, should you notice the condition on your next renewal notice please let the CMC know. Also Condition 005 Sign CAUTION LEFT HAND DRIVE to be affixed to the rear of the vehicle in letters not less than 76mm high was still appearing on documentation, therefore CMC contacted the department who have agreed run a program to delete the condition from code 404 vehicle licenses. 9.3 The Dept of Infrastructure made a presentation on the draft Road Vehicle Standards Rules at the AHMF AGM, where it was discovered that the new rules regarding the import of omnibus s & heavy vehicles will be restricted to be only allowed to use public roads to drive to and from public exhibitions.
