Pacific Box & Crate Port City Bldg Pacific Box & Crate Site The Pacific Box & Crate development will transform an 80,000 square foot warehouse into a modern office and retail space with custom amenities for office users, while not losing the industrial grit of the building s spirit. Raven Cliff Development is leading the effort to create other amenityrelated uses such as a yoga and wellness studio by Ashley Bell, a 10,000-square-foot food hall spearheaded by Michael Shemtov of Butcher & Bee, and managed by Jonathan Ory, who is also relocating his own Bad Wolf Coffee from Chicago to the new building, and other soon-to-be announced additional food and beverage ventures. The initial infrastructure to the project was built pre-recession.
