Accessibility There is wheelchair access to most of the areas of the hotel, (reception, restaurant, toilets, and bar). There is not special equipment for the disabled but we feel that your stay in our hotel will be convenient enough. Entrance The hotel entrance is provided with a rump (about 2m) and one step. Rumps and stairs in the hotel entrance do not provide handrails and colour contrast. Small door mats are placed in the entrance for contrasting texture. Lifts Lifts are available to all buildings and they are quite spacious for wheelchairs. Their door opening is 90cm. The highest lift button is 1.40cm.Braille raised letters are available. Parking There is a parking available at the hotel, but it is not designated for disabled guests. Its distance from the entrance is about 100m and the route consists of rumps and one step. There is a second parking where it is right next to the hotel entrance but it provides less parking spaces. Stairs Handrails are available in most of the internal stairs. There is not colour contrast on the top and bottom of stairs within the premises. Rooms/Bathrooms Telephone system is provided in the bathrooms. All are available with bath. The height of the bath rim from the floor is 50cm and the height of the sink is 80cm. No handrails are available in the bathrooms. The width of clear floor space to the side of the WC and the bath is 80cm x 1m. The largest clear floor space in the bedroom is about 1.50m. The main doors and bathroom doors are accessible by wheelchairs. The room door opening is 90cm and the bathroom door opening is 75cm. The width smallest balcony is 83cmx3m.There are no allergy free beddings.
Restaurant /Breakfast area The route to the Restaurant /Breakfast area consists of two steps. Our buffet restaurant can cater special dietary requirements only upon prior requests General Service dogs are allowed in our premises. We believe that Diana Palace Hotel is suitable for guests that will find the M2 and M4 classification of the British National Accessibility Scheme. Nevertheless we are open to your suggestions and guidance to improve such facilities. Resort Argasi The closest route to Argasi beach (100m) you find a few steps on your way. There are also routes with flat access to the beach. Routes to restaurants, bars, shopping centres might have a few steps but there are some with flat access. Their toilets might not be accessible. Parked cars might be a barrier for you, so please use pavements when available. In some cases, pavements do not provide rumps. Our reception desk operates 24 hours and our staff will be happy to give you any suggestions. Right opposite of Diana Palace hotel, there is an accessible mini market that will cater all your needs.
