I noticed Love in the drivers seat of a 1997 Ford F-350 truck parked in front of the business. While identifying and interviewing Love, pertaining to his involvement in the call, I discovered that Love was under suspension. Love did admit to me that he drove to the business and that he knew he was not supposed to drive. I issued Love a citation for ORC 4510.21 A Driving Under Suspension - Failure to Reinstate (M1).
