Officer attempted contact with the occupants, and the vehicle fled. The vehicle drove west on Lakeshore Blvd at an extremely high rate of speed not stopping for red traffic signals and weaving around other cars. South Euclid made contact with the registered owner who provided Police with the name of the operator. The male fled from police on foot and threw a gun onto the garage roof of the apartment complex. The gun was recovered and found to be loaded. The caller stated that a black male pointed a handgun out of the window at passing motorist. The suspect vehicle pulled into "B-Stone" / Choices Plaza and exited the vehicle. Police stopped the suspect vehicle as it attempted to exit the parking lot. The chain was padlocked to the tree and padlocked around the dog's throat. The chain was bunched together, only allowing the dog approximately three foot of movement. Feces was on the ground around the dog. All parties were arrested for possession of marijuana. The motorcycle fled from police.
