returned after a while and found that the dog was missing. The suspect asked the victim and her friend where the dog was and they replied that they did not know. The suspect became enraged and went to his vehicle, returning with what appeared to be a shotgun. He pointed the gun at the victim and again asked where his dog was. The victim again replied that she did not know at which point the suspect fired the firearm in a northern direction on Dakota, got back in his car, and drove away. Neither the victim nor her friend was injured as a result of the incident. The officers searched the area for any possible victims, additional witnesses, and damage but were unable to locate any.
