Purpose: To provide Council with the 2016 Summary Reports for Middlesex Centre s Drinking Water Systems as required under the Safe Drinking Water Act. Background: The Summary Reports were prepared in accordance with Schedule 22 of O. Reg. 170/03 under the Safe Drinking Water Act. We are required to prepare an annual Summary Report for each Drinking Water System and provide these reports to Council not later than March 31 st for the preceding calendar year. Analysis: Enclosed are the 2016 Summary Reports for each of Middlesex Centre s Drinking Water Systems: Birr, Melrose and the Middlesex Centre Distribution System which includes Arva, Ballymote, Delaware, Denfield, Ilderton and Komoka. Financial Implications: N/A Strategic Plans: Middlesex Centre`s 2012-2017 Strategic Plan, identified three applicable specific strategic themes as Increasing Customer Satisfaction, Streamline Key Processes, and Environmental Sustainability.
