BARI SOCIAL APP BARI SOCIAL is the first digital app for mobile phones (smart phones and tablets), created with the purpose to promote activities, services and resources of the Department of Welfare of the City of Bari. The app is downloadable for free from the App Store or Play Store, available for ios and Android, and offers a wide spectrum of information about news and social activities in Bari. BARI SOCIAL APP is also the very first useful tool for families in need, adults experiencing severe poverty, women victims of domestic violence, immigrants, elders and disabled. The app contains an interactive map that is constantly updated about the social services offered in Bari (City Hall offices, soup kitchens, night shelters, dorms, day centers, intercultural desks), information about paperwork, news about events or activities in the city. The app also gives you the chance to get to know the location of your Social Service of reference and the opportunity to report a social emergency and to request help from the social workers First Responders team of Bari. Ultimately, every citizen will be able through the app to add and indicate any new service or activity in the city.
