The resident described the bin as a dog waste bin. Our Contractor came out and cleared away the dog waste and secured the bottom flap. Double Yellow Lines: A resident has expressed concern to Cllr Hopkins re. the implementation of the double yellow lines at Glebe Rise/Astrop Road junction, and described 2 near accidents last week involving children attempting to cross the road near the corner.
