Upon my arrival at approximately 1600 hours, Tilmon, Michelle informed me that their garage door was forced open, a trailer and a welder was taken from the garage. The subject was located and placed into custody. 02/25/14 11:46 12105 203RD ST, RAYMORE On February 25, 2014 at approximately 1218 hours, I assisted Belton Police Department with a male suspect that failed to yield during a traffic stop. The suspect was later contacted at 12105 East 203rd Street, Peculiar, Missouri. The result of this contact was the arrest of a male suspect with active Raymore Police Department warrants. Upon arrival I made contact with Cass County Road and Bridge representative Terry Faulkenberry. Mr. Faulkenberry showed me the remains of what looked like broken pieces of a foundation that was dumped in the drainage ditch east of South Belle Road. I made contact with the report party who stated his neighbor had pushed him during an argument. The reporting party stated he did not want to press charges and he was not injured. Upon arrival spoke with victim, Mr. Clifton, who advised that he attended a party in a field and left his vehicle parked at the party while he left the party with someone else. Mr. Clifton said that upon his return today, he found that someone unknown to him had damaged his vehicle. Driver(1) then lost control of Vehicle (1) as she was slowing for stopped traffic ahead. Driver(1) then lost control of Vehicle (1) as it slid across the roadway before going on its side and leaving the roadway.

Suspect information has been obtained. 03/02/14 23:56 MULLEN/187, BELTON On Monday, March 3rd, 2014 I conducted an investigation in regards to a reported motor vehicle accident on Mullen Road near 187th Street in Belton, Missouri. My investigation revealed the driver, Ashley F. Quigg, white female had lost control of her vehicle while traveling south on Mullen due to ice on the roadway. Ms. Quigg and her male passenger reported no injuries. The vehicle was removed from the scene by J's Southland Tow due to damage received in the accident.
