Then set off for the breathtaking Charlevoix region stopping en route at a cheese farm. Learn how cheddar cheese is made in the artisanal tradition before sampling it yourself. (B, D) Day 6: Wednesday, September 18, 2019 Charlevoix Region Today you ll take to the water and embark on a whale-watching expedition for a unique encounter with these fascinating and majestic creatures. Take in the beauty of the natural surroundings in the heart of the Saguenay-St. Lawrence Marine Park. A naturalist guide will introduce you to the many species of marine mammals that reside in the St. Lawrence River.
