SOME TIPS EAT LOTS! You will be skiing for 5 hours a day everyday and probably burning twice as many calories as normal SLEEP LOTS! Skiing is an extreme sport which requires you to concentrate for long periods of time, sometimes in an extreme environment. LISTEN TO YOUR INSTRUCTOR Whether its your first time or you are an expert, the instructors will be able to help you improve. Please listen and treat them respectfully
START YOUR PREP NOW! If you are a beginner I strongly recommend having some lessons before you go if you can You will all need to work on your fitness level to ensure that you can keep up with the demands of the trip BE PREPARED The weather can change in minutes on the mountain so even if the sun is shining in resort you need to pack your day bag so that you are ready to deal with what every the mountains throw at you.
PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS If anyone has a pre-existing medical condition, this MAY NOT be covered, by insurers, if the condition is aggravated in Switzerland and requires treatment Please contact the insurance company if you have any concerns over a preexisting condition so that it can be checked for cover.
