The mission & customer Overview: Talon Aerolytics (Data Capture, storage and delivery) CrossFlight is one of 6 Prime sub contractors (FAA certified UAS Pilots) Nationwide Emergency Response Teams & Cell Tower Inspections 100 Pilots must be trained/certified on Telcom Cell Tower Inspections by Talon 3 Day training and certification mandatory for all pilots Training location- SEHOY Plantation in Hurtsboro AL Exclusive southern plantation housing & meals provided Cost of training $395 per pilot (Crossflight pays $100 per pilot) Carpooling is recommended for teams 3

Talon Aerolytics- Prime Contractor 4

CrossFlight Sky Solutions- Subcontractor CrossFlight Sky Solutions is a premier provider of aerial photography and data collection services. We fly drones and offer innovative drone-based solutions for our customers. Our team provides HD aerial photography, high definition video of your property, events, or functions. We also support aerial inspections of industrial structures and projects for clients. 5

Discussion Points: This is an exclusive team of UAS Companies, the largest collective team for Telcom work in the US CrossFlight roster and qualifications sent to TALON (currently 16 pilots) All Pilots must complete Talons Training and Certification for cell tower inspections The sub-contracts are in the works getting finalized ($2 mill in Aircraft Liability Ins. Required) Bill Strickland is CrossFlight s Lead- Chief Pilot for teams. Pilots on consulting contracts 1099 s (1 year term), Team application/ Direct deposit forms needed for your bank accounts Background/drug checks will be required for all pilots and paid for by CrossFlight Teams for Disaster relief, T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Nokia, and Power Companies Minimum equipment- Camera 4K, 16 Megapixel; HD Video, 16G SDI card Pilots ensure that all shot sheet photos are completed and downloaded to Talon daily Pilots will be paid approx. $100 per tower for inspections (average is 3 to 6 per day) Final Pricing TBA Disaster relief- Per disaster up to $500 per day, different rates for stand by and deployed pilots $500 Mobility Pay and $225 Per-diem travel paid * Only when customer pays for this When Talon Pays CrossFlight, the next day pilots get paid via check or direct deposit Pilots pay for travel and insurance coverage Talon Requires $2 million Dollars of aircraft Insurance with proof of insurance required. Additional insurance may be required for certain cell tower owners Crossflight pays for 2 million in general liability and 2 million in professional liability 6

The work Potentially 1000 s of Towers- Nationwide Talon has negotiated contracts with all major Telcom companies: AT&T, T Mobile, Verizon, Nokia, and Erickson Talon is the only company who can perform this type of inspection and data delivery for telcom companies Talon is negotiating contracts with major power companies for line and turbine inspections Cell Tower Inspections IAW the Talon Shot Sheets High quality video and photos of cell towers and 1 RAD Pilot is responsible for quality control and any re-shoots if required (with no extra pay) Photos of only 1 customer s equipment (ATT, Verizon, Nokia, etc.) Assignment's geographically dispersed based on sites closest to pilots home bases Cell tower inspections and other Telcom and power work will be done exclusively by this team of 100 Pilots (Maximum) This team s capabilities will be leveraged for other infrastructure inspections 7

When? Where? How Many? How Often? Answer to all above: We Don t Know As Talon explained it, they will get a task order from a Carrier and will give us a Two Week start date. Talon will assign towers geographically and we will see how many (if any) are assigned to us. Once assigned towers, pilots will need to consistently work on those towers until completed. It could take days, or weeks to complete assigned towers We need pilots that are flexible but willing to work when it comes Telcom inspections have never been done before with drones (except GA) and will require patience for all involved As we know information we will share it with you in a timely manner 8

Pilot Brief- Update 11-27-17 Briefing Contents- Update Final Talon Contract Numbers Financial Investment Required for Pilots and CrossFlight Availability of Pilots for On-Demand Work Payment to CrossFlight for Securing Training Date What to bring Updated Training Schedule 10

Talon Contract with CrossFlight: Final pricing will depend on customer requirements and it is expected that pilots would do between 3 to 5 towers per day. Pilots may earn between $300 and $500 per day on average. Talon says that experienced pilots can fly as many as 6 towers per day, but a more realistic expectations may be closer to 4 to 5 towers per day. Pilots may earn up to $600 per day with 6 Towers. Disaster Relief will still be approximately $500 per day and will ONLY be available to Talon trained pilots. Mobility pay, per diem, and standby pay will be available for most jobs. Financial Investment Required for Pilots and CrossFlight Pilots must pay $295 of the training costs and CrossFlight will cover $100 of the $395 Talon Total. Payment must be received before pilot is officially registered for training. Even if a pilot cannot fly all the Talon tower missions, pilots have to attend training in order to be called up for Disaster/Recovery missions. As we have just experienced, this can be very profitable for a pilot called into disaster/recovery settings. We have no way of knowing when or how many cell tower inspections will happen, but being available for Disaster/Recover missions may be worth the risk of getting trained. 11

Availability of Pilots for On-Demand Work Because of the uncertain scheduling of tower work, a pilot must be available after a two week call up to begin flying towers until the towers are finished. This could sometimes be days, weeks, or months. Pilots must make the commitment to respond to tower requests when they come. We will attempt to be flexible within reason, but pilots must finish all the towers they are assigned. Our Chief Pilot will communicate with the pilots on a regular basis. If you can t normally drop what you are doing to respond to tower requests, please do not proceed with training as we will have to find other pilots who are able to respond consistently. Let us know right away if you are firm in your decision to participate in training or if you want to decline this offer? Payment to CrossFlight for Securing Training Date Pilots applying for Talon Training must pay CrossFlight $295 in order to secure their training date Money due ASAP and no later than December 15, 2017. Two ways to pay: 1. You can pay online and pay immediately a $10 convenience fee will be added to online payments.
