Integration of Danish Air Transport via Travelfusion Low Cost Carrier content on AeTM is enriched with Danish Air Transport B2C through Travelfusion content aggregator. Danish Air Transport is a LCC airline operating mainly in Scandinavia. The booking flow of Danish Air Transport is similar to any other web based carrier in AeTM. Services are not supported at this stage. Travellers now have more relevant LCC content to benefit from when booking through AeTM. Corporations can save money by increasing the bookable LCC content.
Improve search functionality enhancements on hotel module Predefined Location all countries are geocoded The predefined location wizard was previously only offering a restricted list of countries. With this enhancement the list now covers all countries, enabling the administrator to define business locations in all required countries. Hotel rules targeting property codes- the location is determined automatically The maximum number of property codes that can be defined for a rule have increased from 50 to 100 The administrators can now configure property codes without specifying the location. Hotel and Room Availability same rate codes The label associated to a rate code in the Hotel Configuration Wizard is displayed with the same value on both the Hotel Availability and Room Availability pages for the hotels and rooms which offer that rate code. Travellers: Preferred hotels are accurately returned in the search results helping travellers to clearly identify their corporation s preferred hotels. The rate code label is correctly displayed between hotel pages. Corporations: Offer the possibility to handle more preferred hotels in the hotel program
Amadeus Trusted Reviews in AeTM Since the 17.0 release AeTM users benefit from trusted hotel reviews directly integrated within their AeTM Hotel reservation module. Trusted Hotel reviews are being collected from travellers who have stayed at the hotel, thanks to a specially designed collection process whereby contact details for the travellers are being extracted from Amadeus PNRs and used to send a review request. Three days after hotel check-out, the traveller will receive an email in English asking him/her to provide a review. From the email, the user can access a questionnaire (web page) and provide a review for the hotel. Users can now opt-out, before receiving the review request, by using the new option available in the Confirmation email. Opt Out page By accessing the link from the Confirmation email the traveller is directed to a page pre-filled with their email address, allowing them to change/view their opt-out status. Trusted reviews will help travellers choose the accommodation best suited for their needs. They can also decide at any point if they want to receive the hotel review email request or not.
Amadeus Ticket Changer support of Extended Parameters: Amadeus Ticket Changer (ATC) allows travellers to change a ticketed booking online. It was released in a later stage of the 17.1 AeTM release and has now been added with additional improvements. Along with the corporate travel policy, some AeTM Air rules contain expanded parameters which were not taken into account in the modification flow. With this enhancement ATC modification flow now supports basic Expanded Parameters. As a result, rules containing expanded parameters are no longer filtered out or removed by AeTM. The ATC modification flow will now support a subset of Expanded Parameters: NPE Fares with No Penalties NAP Fares with No Advanced Purchase restriction RF Refundable Fares NR Fares with No Restriction Travellers: Travellers will be able to modify their flights online respecting the policy based on the fares and associated restrictions. Corporations: The same restrictions are now applied for the booking and the modification flows which leads to better adherence to the corporate travel policy when modifying the flight online through ATC and gain better control on the travel cost.
AeTM Mobile 2.2 The Amadeus e-travel Management Mobile (AeTM Mobile) application has been developed to simplify the business traveller s life on the road and follow the corporate travel policy! The AeTM Mobile app enables travellers to make air, rail and hotel bookings via mobile devices supporting both Android and iphone. The 2.2 version of AeTM mobile app comes with several enhancements such as local language setup, Air-Rail booking in the same PNR and a new design to the app icon. With AeTM mobile and the added enhancements to the 2.2 version travellers will experience more flexible and smoother travelling while on the go, saving time and hassle
