Comparison of Taxes, Rates and Fees in the Oak Grove/ Jennings Lodge/ N. Clackamas Areas and Adjacent Cities (9) Rates effective July 1, 2004 are $11.05 per equivalent dwelling unit (EDU), plus $1.17 per 100 cubic ft (ccf) of water consumption. Cost shown is based on an average consumption of 7 ccf/month for a single-family residential unit. (10) Rate shown is the monthly charge under Schedule B, the most common rate schedule in the study area. Charges are applied to annual property tax bill. (11) Standard WES sewer and stormwater charges, plus $3/ month city surcharge. (12) Cost shown is based on a $5.95 bi-monthlycharge per EDU and a rate of $1.35/ ccf, with an average consumption of 14 ccf for a single-family residential unit over a two-month billing period. The average bill of $25.92 is divided in half to get the average monthly charge shown.
