The proper stop sign was reset and no suspect has been identified. 11/27/16 11:02 5124 MALLARD POINT, LEES SUMMIT On 11/27/2016 I was dispatched to 5124 South West Mallard Point Lee's Summit to meet with Lee's Summit Police Department on a Warrant Arrest. Upon my arrival I took a white male subject into custody on outstanding Cass County Warrants. The subject was transported to the Cass County Jail. 11/27/16 12:07 23681 STATE ROUTE 291, HARRISONVILLE On 11-27-16 at approximately 1214 hours I responded to the front lobby of the Sheriff's Office located at 2501 W Mechanic Street in reference to a stolen vehicle. Upon arrival I contacted Deborah Jones who stated her vehicle had been stolen from a friend at the Reasonable Auto Group dealership located at 23621 S State Route 291 outside of Harrisonville, MO on 11-25-16. One person of interest has been identified. 11/27/16 14:41 101 219TH TER, CLEVELAND On November 27, 2016 I responded to the area of 101 E. 219th Terrace, Cleveland, Missouri in reference to suspicious activity. A gray SAAB with male occupants had been reported to be trespassing on property and fled when spotted by the property owner. 11/27/16 16:02 231/STATE LINE, On November 27, 2016 I responded to the area of 233rd Street and State Line Road to assist the Miami County Kansas Sheriff's Office. Robert Riley and Dana Bailey were located in a vehicle on State Line Road. Mr. Riley was placed into custody for charges with the Miami County Sheriff's Office and active Felony warrants from Cass County. Ms. Bailey was placed into custody for active Grandview warrants and transported to the Grandview Police Department. 11/27/16 18:30 HOLMES/203RD, BELTON On November 27, 2016 I conducted a vehicle stop in the area of D Highway and 203rd Street of a blue 200 Pontiac Grand Prix. Two subjects were placed into custody for possession of controlled substance. Subjects were transported to the Cass County Jail for processing. 11/27/16 19:05 NB 49/MM 161, HARRISONVILLE On 11/27/2016 at approximately 1905 hours, I contacted Christopher Newby at US-49NB, north of 291 Hwy. I stopped his vehicle for failing to stop at a stop sign. Mr. Newby was arrested on a Polk County warrant. 11/27/16 20:40 2501 MECHANIC ST, HARRISONVILLE On 11/27/2016, at approximately 2040 Hours, I made contact with Nicholas T. Pappageorge W/M at the Cass County Sheriff's Office on a Cass County warrant. I served Cass County warrant 16ca-CR00378 for Possession of a controlled substance. Bond was set at $7500.00 and a court date of 12/15/2016 at 0900 hours was given. Reporting Deputy has nothing further at this time.
11/27/16 23:44 7177 CROWN PARK, BELTON On November 27, 2016, at approximately 2346 hours, I was dispatched to 7177 Crown Park, Belton, Missouri in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Before I arrived on scene, I observed a Belton police car pass me with lights and sirens. Belton Police stated the license plates on the vehicle came back to a stolen car. No suspect was identified.
