The Provision and Maintenance of Legacy Metering Equipment. In accordance with the terms set out in the above Agreements, I attach schedules showing National Grid s revised metering charges that will become effective from 1 st April 2010. These schedules include tables from the Agreements that have been reproduced and updated to include the annual adjustment of prices in accordance with RPI as set out in the Agreements. In general, the revised rental charges effective from 1 st April 2010 incorporate a pricing decrease of 1% in respect of inflation (RPI).
