Campbelltn RV Camping In rder t ensure a pleasant summer fr all f ur guests, we ask that yu respect the rules that are in place, the campgrund prperty as well as yur neighbrs. Maximum Number f Campers and Equipment per Campsite Quiet Animals The maximum number f persns permitted at an individual campsite is 6 adults. Hwever, the daily rate charged fr a campsite is fr 4 adults (plus children under 18, if applicable). Additinal adults staying at the same campsite will have t pay an extra $5 per night, plus tax (up t a maximum f 6 adults per campsite). Fr example: 4 adults, 2 children: Regular rate; 6 adults: Regular rate + $10; 8 adults: Yu must bk 2 campsites. An individual campsite can hld, at the mst, the fllwing equipment cmbinatins: ne registered vehicle (ex. trailer) and a car, truck r minivan. Any excessive nise likely t incnvenience ther campers in any way is strictly frbidden at all times. Mtrized vehicles deemed t nisy will be denied access t the campgrund. Curfew is frm 11 pm t 7 am. Any trade r sliciting is frbidden at the campgrund. Carse language and inapprpriate behavir will nt be tlerated. Campers nt respecting the rules may be asked t leave withut any ntice. CN Railway has peratins near the campgrund. CN Railway and the City f Campbelltn are nt respnsible fr any nise r incnvenience. Generatrs are nt permitted. Firewrks and firecrackers are nt permitted. Pets must be kept leashed at all times. T avid repetitive barking, pets cannt be left unattended. N aggressive animals are permitted n the campgrund. Animals are nt permitted inside public buildings (washrms, laundrmat, Restiguche River Experience Centre, etc.) with the exceptin f guide dgs. Please ntify us upn yur arrival if yu are accmpanied by a guide dg. During yur stay, animal excrement must be picked up and dispsed f in a sanitary manner. Pet waste bags are available n site. Visitrs cannt bring their pet t the campgrund. 3 P a g e

Layut and Use f Campsite Guests are permitted t use a clthesline but it must be taken dwn when nt in use. Under n circumstances are trees, psts r ther campgrund structures t be used as part f a clthesline. Sites are t be kept clean and in rder. Smking is permitted n campgrund sites. All ther public spaces, turist and recreatinal spaces, and playgrunds fall under the New Brunswick Smke-Free Places Act. Please pay attentin t signs and respect instructins. Cigarette butts must be dispsed f in an apprpriate manner. Utility sheds, patis, patis stnes and ther fixed structures are nt permitted (includes fences, flags, cltheslines, etc.). Outdr refrigeratrs are nt permitted. Tents are nt permitted. Pp up campers are allwed. Games, activities and sprts invlving items that may strike individuals r their campers (Frisbee, baseball, etc.) are prhibited. Rifles, pellet guns, bws/arrws are nt permitted n the campgrund fr everyne s security. Cutting, pruning r damaging trees is strictly prhibited. Campers are nt permitted t attach items t trees r hang items frm trees. Campers are respnsible fr their visitrs; they have t ensure that Campgrund Rules are fllwed. Alchlic Beverages Fireplace Please d nt travel thrughut the campgrund with glass cntainers. Campfires are nly permitted in the fire place prvided n the site. D nt burn garbage r leave garbage in the fire place. Only wd sld n site can be burned in the fireplace. D nt use flammable liquid (gas, il, etc.) t light yur campfire. It is recmmended t have a cntainer filled with water nearby. Be sure t knw where fire extinguishers are lcated. Be certain yur fireplace is extinguished befre leaving r ging t bed. Cnsult the "In case f fire" sectin f this dcument befre making yur first campfire. Water and Sewer Systems Each sewerage cnnectin cmes with a cap. Please verify that the cap is in place when checking ut. Sewage may be dispsed f in the sewerage system n the individual campsite r at the dumping statin available in the campgrund. Campers are permitted t use the dumping statin free f charge. Dispsing f sewerage n the grund is strictly prhibited. All sewer system cnnectins must have an adapter hse. Diapers, sanitary napkins and tampns must nt be dispsed f in the sewer system. Grease and fd shuld als nt be depsited in the sewer system. 4 P a g e

Campers are allwed t wash their trailers n the campsite as lng as it des nt incnvenience their neighbrs. Garbage and Recyclables Garbage and recyclables must be dispsed f in an apprpriate manner in lcatins identified thrughut the campgrund. Shwers and Laundry Shwers and laundry facilities n site are cin perated. Rates are as fllws: Free Wi-Fi Shwers: $1 per 15 minutes cycle; Washers: $2 per lad; Dryers: $2 per lad. It is imprtant t keep the shwer and laundry areas clean fr ther campers. Siled shes are prhibited in the shwers. Shwer curtains must be kept clsed t avid excess water n the flrs. Smking is prhibited in the shwer and laundry areas. Access t Wi-fi is free. Methds f utilizatin will be prvided by staff at receptin upn yur arrival. Name f netwrk: RV Wi-Fi. Access cde: campingrv. The maximum permitted speed at the campgrund is 10 km/hr regardless f the means f transprtatin. Only ne vehicle may be parked at an individual campsite, in the area designated fr this purpse (except fr certain sites). Any ther vehicles, including visitrs vehicles, must be left in the parking lt at the campgrund entrance. Parking n vacant lts is nt permitted. We strngly recmmended the use f a flashlight at night when circulating n yur site r thrughut the campgrund. Electric Carts, All-Terrain Vehicles and Bicycles Electric carts and all-terrain vehicles are nt permitted n the campgrund. Bicycles als have t respect the 10km/h speed n the campgrund. Travelling acrss smene s camp site is nt permitted. Arrival, Extensin, Departure Check-in starts at 2 pm. Campers must vacate their campsites n later than 11 am. If they intend t extend their stay, they must bk fr the fllwing day(s) by 11 am. If they extend their stay, there is n guarantee they will have the same campsite. Cnsequently, campgrund management cannt guarantee the availability f any individual campsite befre 11 am. Campers wh have bked a campsite in advance have n pririty if they decide t extend their stay beynd the nights fr which they have already paid. Campers wh vacate their campsites in advance fr any reasn whatsever are nt entitled t any reimbursement. Gate Cards Upn arrival, guests will be prvided with ne r mre cards giving them access t the park gate. Cards may be returned t receptin and / r left in the card drp bx at the gate at time f departure. Shuld yu frget t drp ff yu card, it can als be returned by mail t the address indicated n the back f the card. Gate cards are fr yur site nly; d n use yur card t give access t ther campers r visitrs. In Case f Emergency In case f an emergency, call 9-1-1. The campgrund address is: 3 Riverview Drive, Campbelltn, NB, E3N 0E1. The campgrund has a defibrillatr lcated at the Restiguche River Experience Centre (the registratin building). All f ur emplyees are trained in first aid and CPR; d nt hesitate t call them. Infrm custmer service persnnel f any emergency. They will ffer assistance. In Case f Fire In the event f fire r lss f cntrl f yur campfire, call 9-1-1. The address f the campgrund is: 3 Riverview Drive, Campbelltn, NB, E3N 0E1. Evacuate the fire area. Alert ther campers. Alert the persnnel. Stay n site t answer questins frm the Fire Department. Only use a fire extinguisher if yu knw hw t d s safely. Disclaimer Clauses Campbelltn RV Camping, the City f Campbelltn and the Restiguche River Experience Centre are nt respnsible fr any material damage r bdily injury caused t campers and their visitrs by the fllwing: dmestic animals permitted n site, a full r partial interruptin f electricity, interruptin f water service, sewer backup, falling trees/tree branches, fire, vandalism, lst r stlen items. Access t Wi-Fi is ffered free f charge. Campbelltn RV Camping is nt respnsible fr interruptins, pr functining, viruses, speed/available capacity f the system and all ther prblems related t the service and system. 6 P a g e

Campbelltn RV Camping reserves the right t evict any camper r their guests wh are fund t be in vilatin f these rules and/r causing disruptin t the campgrund. Thse evicted will nt receive a refund. Nn-Seasnal campers Bking Cnditins A bking is fr ne stay (fr example, if yu bk fr 3 different stays, yu will have 3 separate bking files). Bkings can be made via the nline bking system at reservatincamping.ca r by phne at (506) 789-2850 and 1-844-787-3701 during pening hurs f the Restiguche River Experience Centre. T cnfirm a bking, the client must pay the required fee at the time f bking (see the Bking fees and payment cnditins sectin). Once a bking has been cnfirmed, the Campbelltn RV Camping management agrees t hld the bked campsite until 11 am n the day after the client s scheduled day f arrival. If we have received n ntice frm the camper by that time, the bking (the entire stay) will be cancelled. When bking yur site, it is imprtant t include in the "Equipment Length" tab the cmbined ttal length f yur recreatinal vehicle and f yur car, truck r minivan when detached frm each ther. Bking Fees and Payment Cnditins The bking fee is $2.50 (plus tax) fr reservatins f less than $50; this fee is nt refundable. The bking fee is $3.50 (plus tax) fr reservatins frm $50 t $200; this fee is nt refundable. The bking fee is $5.00 (plus tax) fr reservatins f mre than $200; this fee is nt refundable. The fee fr cancellatins dne thrugh the website is $2.50 (plus tax). When clients bk a campsite, either via the secured transactin site r by phne, they must pay the cst f the reservatin in full. The fllwing payments types are accepted: Cash, Debit r Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discver). Mdificatin and Cancellatin Cnditins A bking may be mdified fr the fllwing reasns: A change in the date f arrival r departure; A change in the length f the stay; A change in the type f equipment used; A change in services; A change in the hlder f the bking. Cancellatins can be dne by phne at (506) 789-2850 and at 1-844-787-3701. Any campsite changes will be accepted, subject t availability, when the mdificatin is requested. N refunds will be granted fr late arrivals r early departures fr reasns nt related t the Campbelltn RV Camping. Clients wh have nt arrived n their scheduled date f arrival and, wh have nt ntified campgrund management, will have their bking held until 11 am n the day after the their scheduled day f arrival. The remainder f the reservatin will be cancelled withut refund and their campsite made available fr ther bkings after that time. N refunds will be given fr cancellatins made within 7 days f the date f the beginning f a stay. Full refunds will be given fr cancellatins made mre than 7 days f the date f the beginning f a stay (bking fees nn-refundable). 8 P a g e

Seasnal Campers All rules mentined in this dcument apply t seasnal campers. There are 18 seasnal sites. Sme have 2 parking spaces. Seasnal sites are equipped with a meter fr electrical cnsumptin; electrical csts are added t the price f a seasnal site (as per rate utlined in cntract). Refer t rental cntract fr additinal infrmatin. There is rm fr nly ne (1) car/truck/minivan n yur site (with the exceptin f the fllwing sites which have 2 parking spaces: 58, 60, 62, 64, 66, 71, 75, 79, 83). When bking yur site, it is imprtant t include in the "Equipment Length" tab the cmbined ttal length f yur recreatinal vehicle and f yur car, truck r minivan when detached frm each ther. Trailers/Mtrhmes that are mre than 14 years ld must be in gd cnditin. Lawn mwing is dne by the camping maintenance persnnel. Seasnal campers are nt permitted t mw their wn lawn. Site mdificatins and/r imprvements are nt permitted. Site Reservatin, Cancellatins, Payment and Other Cnditins Site reservatins made after March 31 st shall be paid in full at time f signing this agreement. Payments are nn-refundable fr any reasn. Site reservatins made befre April 1 st require a 50% nn-refundable depsit. Balance f payment shall be made n later than April 1 st. Pst-dated cheque required. Shuld payment nt g thrugh, reservatin will be cancelled and 50% depsit will nt get reimbursed. Seasnal campers wanting t reserve their site fr the fllwing seasn must sign their cntract and make the 50% payment (nn-refundable) n later than the fficial clsing date f the campgrund. Reservatin depsits are nn-refundable. Campers wanting t cancel their agreement after March 31 st shall pay seasn in full. Reservatins/cancellatins can be dne by phne at (506) 789-2850 r 1-844-787-3701 and als at the Restiguche River Experience Centre during pening hurs. The fllwing payments types are accepted: Cash, Debit r Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discver). The seasnal camper (Lessee) agrees t pay all taxes applicable at time f signing. Seasnal sites are metered. Readings will be dne mnthly. Payments will be due 14 wrking days after receptin f the invice. Nn-payment f electricity cnsumptin within time limits may result in immediate terminatin f this agreement and expulsin f the Lessee s equipment. Guests in default f payment will lse their bking privileges fr next seasn. Mdificatin Cnditins A bking may be mdified fr the fllwing reasns: A change in the type f equipment used; A change in services; A change in the hlder f the bking. Mdificatins may be dne by phne at (506) 789-2850 r 1-844-787-3701 and als at the Restiguche River Experience Centre during summer seasn. Any campsite changes will be accepted, subject t availability, n a first-cme first-served basis. Agreement and cst will be adjusted accrdingly. In the event that the Lessee wuld sell his trailer/mtrhme and that the new wner wuld want t cntinue using the seasnal site fr the seasn, a new lease agreement must be signed with the new wner.
