Block Time Agreements Clients pre-purchase blocks of flight time with no upfront acquisition or membership fees and enjoy guaranteed aircraft availability and complete flexibility to fly any aircraft type. Talon Air offers individual charter quotes to any destination worldwide. Our Empty Leg Program provides our clients with daily updates regarding available empty legs which are offered at a significantly discounted price. Talon Air offers worldwide operating clearance and over-flight permits to clear customs in-air as well as direct flights into Ronald Reagan National Airport in Washington D.C. U.S Customs is on-site in our Farmingdale, NY hangar facility. Talon Air provides its clients with the unique opportunity to have a Block Time Agreement prepared that is tailored specifically to their individual needs. These personalized agreements provide our clients with the consistency, convenience, access and truesavings of aircraft ownership without the financial burden, long-term commitment or associated liability. The hourly rates are fixed for 12 months of the 18 month agreement, with hours purchased in increments of 25. Talon s all-inclusive pricing and averaging of minimum daily requirements for round-trip flights provide benefits unavailable elsewhere. Talon Air guarantees that either your aircraft or a larger one will be available to you within 12 hours for domestic, non-peak travel. MANAGEMENT Talon Air offers turnkey management programs for both your Part 135 and Part 91 needs, including state-of-the-art hangar facilities and extremely favorable vendor rates for fuel, Fixed Base Operators and service stations. We also offer you the opportunity to generate revenue by chartering your aircraft, thus significantly defraying your cost of ownership. Talon Air offers you a guaranteed fixed expense budget that includes crew costs, training, insurance, subscriptions and aircraft cleaning. We provide transparent monthly financial reporting detailing every management expense and all charter revenue. Talon Air employs a team of full-time A&P Mechanics who work 24/7 to ensure that your aircraft spends the least amount of down time possible for all of its maintenance requirements. As a management client, you may barter flight time within our fleet with no cash-out-of-pocket expense. Our Charter Department is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to assist with all of your management needs.
HANGAR 40,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art hangar (30,000 sq. ft.) and office (10,000 sq. ft.) facility soon to double in size as we build our second facility next door. Private VIP lounge, fitness center and technologically enhanced conference room with the latest in audio visual and video conferencing equipment. Facility offers top security with magnetic key access and video cameras operating 24/7 both inside and outside. Talon Air offers in house customs at our base with an agent available seven days a week.
PILOTS Talon pilots are certified Wyvern and ARG/US Platinum, many of whom have either military or commercial airline experience. Our pilots are full-time, non-union employees, providing you with the comfort and consistency of repeatedly seeing the same crews on the flight deck. You will never be limited by duty-day restrictions with Talon Air. We provide multiple crews for your trips to maximize productivity and eliminate potential delays. Each Talon Air pilot undergoes rigorous internal testing as well as semi-annual flight simulator training.
SERQUE Talon Air is proud to announce the completion of Serque, a 135 custom built luxury motor yacht. Six stateroom vessel accommodating up to 13 guests, with 7 full-time staff. Outfitted with two Yamaha watercraft, a 47 Intrepid sport motor yacht and a six-person spa. Serque will spend winters chartering the Caribbean and summers exploring the Northeast United States. Talon Air clients are given the first opportunity to charter Serque.
