For the spring/summer of 2014, Haglöfs is introducing an updated Intense collection that has several exciting new additions. All of the items in the collection have an optimized fit, low weight and functional solutions in a monochrome colour scheme that has been supplemented with new colours. New, fast backpacks Haglöfs is expanding its line for high intensity activities on mountain bikes with the new cycling backpack, Ardent. This backpack, which was developed in close cooperation with several of Haglöfs Friends, is designed to sit close to the body when holding an aerodynamic position on the bike and can be described as a hybrid between a backpack and a vest. During the development process, the backpack s working name was Koala, which says it all about how it feels to carry Ardent during a biking tour. Ardent comes in three sizes, 20 and 15 litres for longer adventures and a 5-liter version for those who just need to bring the absolute necessities. All of the backpacks come with an integrated hydration system, a smart helmet solution and pockets for equipment or extra energy that are easily accessible when wearing the backpack. Haglöfs is introducing two new trail running products for the spring/summer of 2014. Gram Comp 12 is a smaller version of Gram Comp 25, the very appreciated competition and training backpack for mountain marathons and extreme endurance activities, which was introduced two years ago. Gram Comp 12 was developed for a shorter race, or competitions with manned check-points, and gives the runner enough space for exactly what is needed for the race at a very low weight. For runners who only want to carry the hydration system and a small jacket, Gram Hydra, the other new product in this line, is ideal. 3 litres, blue or black it does not have to be more complicated than that.
