Cape Cod RTA provides medical transportation services on Monday through Friday by reservation to all the major hospitals in Boston. Special Services ADA Paratransit Service: Door-to-door shared-ride service for qualified individuals unable to use the Cape Cod RTA fixed route buses. DART - Dial-A-Ride Transportation The Cape Cod RTA provides door-to-door shared-ride service for all Cape Cod residents and visitors for any purpose. DART Service: Available Monday through Saturday in all 15 towns with limited service on Sunday. DART Reservation Request Procedures: Travel reservation requests can only be made between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by dialing the Cape Cod RTA Customer Service toll free at 800.352.7155 and selecting option 1. For BHT and DART Reservations Call 800.352.7155 Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Have your travel information ready, including the full and exact address of your destination. Every attempt will be made to accommodate reservation requests. Time adjustments may be necessary. Weekday reservation requests must be made by 12:00 p.m. the day before you intend to travel. Weekend and Monday reservation requests must be made by 12:00 p.m. the Friday before you intend to travel. Allow 2 days advance notice for reservation requests following a holiday. Remember to reserve a space for your authorized Personal Care Attendant (PCA). Only PCAs ride at no cost. Escorts/Companions pay full fare.
