COMPANY PROFILE

MESSAGE FROM OUR MANAGING DIRECTOR Family First! This is the vision we at Pacific Islands International have had since the inception of our company on the 1st of October 1998. Being a family owned and operated business, Mick Finn, the founder of PII started the company with a focus on strong family values. Respect for our employees, manufacturers, suppliers and customers as family members throughout our web of distribution in the Pacific Islands region is what creates a comfortable business environment for all involved. We are very fortunate to be able to do business in such beautiful, exciting and vibrant countries throughout the Pacific Rim with each country developing in its own unique way. The need for quality building & construction materials will continue forever into the future and the challenge of getting these materials to our family members on time is a critical part of the business which we have mastered. PII as a company look forward to maintaining and developing our friendships with companies at both ends of the distribution path. As my father once said, business is just an avenue to build friendships and this thought will live on forever in our company. We look forward to working with our growing family well into the future. ASHLEY FINN MANAGING DIRECTOR PACIFIC ISLANDS INTERNATIONAL

MICK FINN HOUSE - HEAD OFFICE, FINN PACIFIC GROUP / PACIFIC ISLANDS INTERNATIONAL WE CONDUCT OUR BUSINESS BASED ON FAMILY VALUES.

OUR HISTORY Mick and Carol Finn originally created Pacific Islands International in 1998, with the consent of CSR Management, after working for them for 20 years and as their Export Manager for 10 years, travelling the Pacific Islands and beyond. While working for them, Mick set up their product range throughout the Pacific Islands and into China. Over the next eight years the service area expanded to include customers in the USA, India, Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia and, of course, the 27 countries in the Pacific Islands. Mick quickly grew his business to include offices in China, and distribution agreements with major Indian, Malaysian, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore companies. In 2005, Mick established our domestic division, Finn s Panel Solutions, to service the local cabinet making market with Pacific Islands International products. With such a solid background and a sustained growth maintained across the ten years of business, 2008 saw our most successful year to date. Mick passed away by the beach in Mexico on the 15th December, 2008 surrounded by his family, on the holiday he loved so dear. In keeping with Mick s vision for the future, Ashley Finn and Renee Neville have joined Carol Finn as new Company Directors. This fresh leadership team has transitioned Pacific Islands International into a new era towards which Mick was already steering. Mick will be sorely missed but never forgotten as our companies grow from his work. IT HAS BEEN AN HONOUR TO CARRY ON THE FAMILY BUSINESS IN CONJUNCTION WITH MY MOTHER AND SISTER AND OUR FANTASTIC STAFF WHO ARE SO COMMITTED AND LOYAL.
