It will be of reinforced concrete frame construction and the facades will provide full height glazing combined with terracotta cladding and L shaped external shades to the glazing. The main reception will be accessed from the north west corner of the site via a striking entrance at the base of the atrium. This will lead to a main lift core on the western elevation incorporating two internal passenger lifts plus three feature scenic lifts, each serving lower ground and all upper floors. The main core will also contain male and female WCs. There will be a secondary core on the eastern elevation containing further WCs and a goods lift.
