Extra beds & cots Extra beds for children and cots for babies are provided free of charge. Please mention on booking should these be required as they are subject to availability. Families West Lodge Park welcomes families. Children under 12 occupying their own room are only charged 50% of the room rates when booked direct with the hotel and are charged for meals as taken. Payments We accept all credit cards but in order to keep costs down for all our guests we would be grateful if you could use cards in the following order of preference from most preferred to least preferred: Cash, Electron, Visa Delta/debit, Mastercard debit, Maestro, Mastercard credit, Visa Credit, Visa and Mastercard premium and commercial Credit, Diners, American Express. Cancellation Charges If you cancel your reservation, you will be charged at the full rate unless cancelled by 2.00pm on the day prior to arrival. If you fail to arrive, or checkout a day earlier than expected, you will be charged at the full rate, unless your room is re-let or we have received notification by 2.00pm on the day prior to arrival. We request that all reservations are confirmed with a credit/debit card number, and you are reminded that this constitutes a contract between yourself and West Lodge Park Hotel, which is governed by English law. Accommodation deposits are non refundable, but can be held against a future booking. If you do not confirm with a credit card number, by 2.00pm on the day prior to arrival, your booking will be released. For bookings on the day of arrival, we require a further refundable deposit for any charges that may be incurred. These conditions do not apply to Apex rates which are bookable in advance and non-refundable For the comfort of all our guests, West Lodge Park is a completely non-smoking hotel. Smoking in the rooms, or any activity which leaves a distinguishing odour will result in a minimum 200.00 cleaning charge in order for us to restore the room back to an acceptable condition. Guests of Beales Hotels are not permitted to bring in their own alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages. Guests of Beales Hotels are not permitted to bring in their own food or to order takeaways for delivery to the hotels.
