Saturday, April 30, 2016 Fun Day at Sea Sunday, May 1, 2016 Arrive Port Canaveral, Fl 8:00 A.M. $36.00 of Gratuities are not included in the price listed above and can be paid prior to the cruise or prior to leaving the ship. There is no tipping on the ship for inclusive services therefore the gratuities are allocated to your servers. Travel Insurance is $49.00 and is optional and must be purchased before your last payment. This insurance is the only format that will warrant you a refund in any reason for backing out of the cruise.
GUIDELINES: Carnival, no longer prints documents therefore everything is electronic. Each of you will receive an email with you and your cabin mates cruise confirmation. In addition, Kentaya Beeler has been provided a paper copy of the each person s confirmation. Please make sure your name is spelled the same way it appears on your government id that you will be presenting for checking in (Passport or Driver s License and Original Raised Seal Birth Certificate). For women who carry their married last name and does not have a passport you must have a copy of your marriage certificate showing proof of your birth last name that matched your birth certificate. Once you have booked and you receive a confirmation email, please print the email you receive and take to the ship with you with your government issued id and an original raised seal birth certificate or your passport. Passports are not required at this time but IS strongly recommended because in the event that you have a medical emergency in the Bahamas and are located off the ship you will not be allowed to fly back to the United States or depart from the Bahamas without purchasing an emergency passport. Therefore, if you feel sick MAKE IT BACK TO THE SHIP! Most ship do not allow you to bring food due to health consumption policies. Carnival has their own liquor and non alcoholic policies see below. Bringing Alcohol On Board - Embarkation Day: Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages on board. However, at the beginning of the cruise during embarkation day, guests (21 years of age and older) may bring on board one bottle (750ml) of wine or champagne, per person, only in their carry-on luggage. A $10 corkage fee per bottle will be charged should you wish to consume this wine in the main dining room; $14 corkage fee per bottle in the steakhouse. (A corkage fee is a charge exacted at a restaurant for every bottle of liquor served that was not bought on the premises) On embarkation day, each guest may bring a small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages on board and only in their carry-on luggage. A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 bottles and/or cans, 20 ounces each or less. All alcohol/hard liquor/beer (sealed, unopened bottles/cans), wine/champagne over the allowable 1-bottle per guest (sealed, unopened bottles) or excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages (over 12 per person, sealed, unopened bottles/cans) will be confiscated and stored for safekeeping until the end of the voyage. The retained item(s) will be available for collection onboard in a designated location on the morning of debarkation. Unsealed liquids that are prohibited will be discarded, as well as any unclaimed items left after the voyage, and no compensation will be given in either case.
Large cooler restrictions: Carnival Cruise Lines does not allow guests to bring large coolers on board its ships. However small, personal-sized coolers, no larger than 12 H x 12 L x 12 W for the purpose of housing small quantities of non-alcoholic beverages and/or medications are permitted as carry-on luggage. Screening and movement of large coolers through embarkation is an impediment to the boarding and security screening process. Therefore, large coolers are not permitted as carry-on or checked luggage. Ports-of-Call: Alcoholic beverages of any kind purchased in any Port-of-Call will be retained at the gangway, stored on board and held by Carnival until the end of the voyage. Gift Shops On Board: Alcoholic beverages of any kind purchased in the ship's gift shop will be stored on board and be retained by Carnival until the end of the voyage. Drinking Alcohol On Board: The minimum age for the purchase and/or consumption of alcoholic beverages in the bars, lounges and gift shops is 21 years of age. In the event that Bar/Restaurant/Gift Shop staff are in question that a guest is less than 21 years old, they shall request picture identification, prior to serving the drink or selling the bottle of liquor. Carnival reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages to anyone.

Cruise Shuttle Information & Parking Fees Orlando Airport Transfers Carnival Cruise Lines offers transportation between Orlando International Airport or Melbourne International Airport and Port Canaveral. These services are only available on the day of your cruise and immediately after your cruise. Important Facts About Our Transfer Services What is the cost of Transfers? Prior to your cruise you will be met at the airport: On the day of the cruise, you will be assisted by our Meet & Greet agents and escorted to your vehicle for transfer to the port. Transfer service from the Orlando International and Melbourne Airport generally begins at 10:00am. After the first bus departs, transfer service runs every 20 to 30 minutes based on volume. For availability contact your travel agent, go to Manage on Carnival.com or contact Carnival Reservations at 1-800-327-9501. Conditions and Restrictions Transfers operate on the day of embarkation or debarkation only. Cruise only guests will be required to provide flight information via Online Checkin when purchasing transfers. When flight details have been recorded in Online Checkin updates are the responsibility of the guest. Carnival is not responsible to provide transfers for guests who schedule flights outside of the service times or provide incorrect flight information. The vehicle operator is an independent contractor. Carnival assumes no liability for losses, damages or injuries in connection with the use of the operator. Helpful Arrival Tips As you enter the cruise terminal area, have your cruise ticket ready to display. This area is restricted to ticket holders only and vehicles dropping off passengers must provide proof of a ticket-holder.
For passenger safety, security and convenience please proceed directly to the cruise terminal to drop off passengers and baggage. Porters will assist with your baggage and parking personnel will direct drivers to the appropriate parking facility. Passenger and luggage drop off is available in front of the terminal or in the parking facility.
