For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, immediate families means a spouse (including de facto), parent, sibling, child, grandparent, grandchild, or parent in law and includes stepparents and stepchildren and half siblings. 2. Term of Promotion The Promotion commences at 9:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, 12 March 2012 and ends at 11:59 PM (AEST) on Sunday, 8 April 2012 (the Promotion Period). 3. How to Enter 3.1 Account Customers: NSW Tabcorp Account customers who place a Super Multi of $20 or more (a Valid Bet) will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw for each Valid Bet they place via the Eligible Entrant s NSW TAB Account during the Promotion Period (Account Entries). 3.2 Retail & Cash Customers: Retail and Cash customers who place a Valid Bet at any Tabcorp agency or licensed venue in NSW, and fill in the entry coupon at the agency (including the 18 digit serial number of their bet receipt) and place it in the marked box in-store during the Promotion Period will be entered (Retail Entries).

4. Selection of Winners Major Prize: The Major Prize Winner will be selected by the following process: Step 1: A coin toss, taking place at 10:00 AM (AEST) on Monday, 9 April 2012 at the Promoter s NSW office at 495 Harris Street Ultimo will be used to determine if the Major Prize Winner is to be drawn from Account Entries (which will be allocated heads) or Retail Entries. For the purposes of the coin toss, Account Entries will be allocated heads, and Retail Entries will be allocated tails. Step 2: 4.1 If the Major Prize Winner is to be drawn from Account Entries: If the Major Prize Winner is to be drawn from the Account Entires, one (1) Account Entry will be drawn at random using a random number generator at 10:00 AM (AEST) on Tuesday, 10 April 2012 at Tab Limited s NSW office at 495 Harris Street Ultimo, 2007 from a list of Account Entries. 4.2 If the Major Prize Winner is to be drawn from Retail Entries: If the Major Prize Winner is to be drawn from the Retail Entries, the following process will be used: (a) (b) (c) One (1) retail location will be drawn at random, using a random number generator at 10:00 AM (AEST) on Tuesday, 10 April 2012 at the Promoter s NSW office at 495 Harris Street Ultimo, from a list of all NSW retail venues (Retail Location). Once the Retail Location has been determined, one (1) ticket will be randomly drawn from the selected Retail Location s promotion box. The draw will take place on site at the Retail Location at 12 noon on Thursday 12 April 2012 and be conducted by a representative of the Promoter. The ticket will be checked to ensure it was a Valid Bet. If the first drawn ticket contains a betting ticket number which indicates it was not a Valid Bet, a redraw will be undertaken, which will take place in the selected Retail Location until a Winner is found. Minor Prizes (TAB Agencies ONLY): Each NSW TAB Agency (214 in total) will also have a minor prize of a 42 inch plasma TV. (See Schedule 1 for list of TAB Agencies).

A Minor Prize draw will take place at each TAB Agency at 12 noon on Thursday 12 April 2012. The Minor Prize draw will involve one ticket being drawn from the in-store promotion box at each TAB Agency. The ticket, subject to being checked to ensure a Valid Bet was placed, will be the Winning Ticket for the Minor Prize draw, and the person s name on the winning ticket will receive the Minor Prize (the Minor Prize Winner). If the drawn ticket is not a Valid Bet at any of the Retail Locations, a redraw will take place at that Retail Location until a Winner is found. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Major Prize Winner was drawn from a Retail Location, the ticket that won the Major Prize will not be eligible for the Minor Prize draw at that Retail Location. 5.
