ON-SITE INFORMATION ELECTRIC - IMPORTANT Electric access is provided to exhibitors at NO CHARGE. Exhibitors are reminded to bring their own extension cords and multiplug outlets these are not provided by show management. DOLLIES / CARTS IMPORTANT Exhibitors are reminded to bring their own dollies and/or carts for transporting displays and merchandise. These are not provided by Show Management. TRASH There will be receptacles throughout the facilities for regular garbage disposal during the event. SECURITY The facility will be locked each night 15 minutes after the closing of the event. You are reminded, however, that this is an open booth exposition and that the responsibility for safeguarding your exhibit and your merchandise is yours. Take these suggested precautions to avoid security problems; display one-of-a-kind items with appropriate supervision and cover items nightly, secure valuables that are easily removable or take them with you each night. EXHIBITOR PARKING Free parking is available for exhibitors behind the Expo Center. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST & FOOD SERVICE A complimentary continental breakfast will be provided for exhibitors on Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Food service will be available for purchase throughout the remainder of the days. DOOR PRIZES We will be awarding door prizes every hour for exhibitor products. If you would like to donate a door prize, it will be on display at the door prize table. We will announce your company name and the winner s name. This is optional but it s a great way to promote your presence at the Show. The prize(s) and values are your choice. 5
