Material placement at this site or the first priority site will depend on the demand at each site by the City of Red Wing. (3) - This site will be retained in the plan because of unknowns with predictions of dredging requirements and beneficial use. Actual dredging records show an increase in dredging quantities in the Wabasha area cuts. (4) - This is an inwater rehandling site for cut 8. The exact rehandling location may vary based on OSIT recommendations but will be between miles 643.2 and 643.8 using the criteria set forth on page B-6 on the 1985 Pool 10 Reconnaissance Report.
