INVITATION TO EXHIBIT NJADONA's 23rdAnnual Convention The New Jersey Chapter of NADONA/LTC proudly announces its 2012 Convention. We would like to invite you to exhibit. The dates are April 22-24, 2012 and will be held at the Trump Taj Mahal in Atlantic City, NJ. The theme for the convention is c c Ride the Wave of LTC...An Ocean of Possibilities. Come and Sea." A few reasons to attend include: We will be inviting directors of nursing, assistant directors of nursing, staff nurses, assisted living and residential nurses, nursing supervisors, wellness directors and administrators from long term care facilities in the state of New Jersey. An audience with decision making authority that will generate leads and sales. Your company will be listed in the syllabus that is distributed to all registered attendees. No vendors will be permitted in the exhibit hall with an outstanding balance. Exhibit Space will NOT be assigned without payment. EXPO HOURS Vendor Set Up Sunday, April 22 Exhibit Hours Monday, April 23 Tuesday, April 24 12:00-6:00 pm 9:00 am -3:00 pm 10:00 am -12:00 pm CANCELLATION FEE All payments are due on or before March 1,2012, or the higher fee will be charged. No refunds will be made after March 1,2012. A $250.00 administrative fee will be deducted for written cancellations prior to March 1, 2012. After that date the entire fee will be forfeited. Exhibit Breakdown Tuesday, April 24 12:00 noon (Early breakdown is not permitted and could affect attendance at our next convention.) EXHIBIT SPACE FEE Your exhibit space fee includes: Two complimentary vendor representative registrations per contracted display. Additional vendor representatives may be added at the rate of $30. 00 per person/per day. One 6' table and two side chairs One wastebasket Carpeting throughout the Exhibit Hall Continental Breakfast Monday & Tuesday Monday Lunch Vendor Reception to honor and thank vendors attended by registrants. Unlimited networking opportunities EXHIBIT SPACE OCCUPANCY Exhibit space will be occupied by no more than two people (additional persons will be charged $30.00 I per person I per day). Only representatives from the exhibiting company will occupy exhibit space. Exhibit space may not be subleased, or occupied by any other company. This includes manufacturer's representatives. Any company breaking this rule will be asked to leave the exhibit hall immediately and will jeopardize your company's attendance at all NJADONA functions. THIS WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED. ADVERTISING Advertising in our convention syllabus is a perfect way to make attendees aware of your company and its benefits. This book is a wonderful reference for all attendees and a great source for them to stay connected with the exhibitors throughout the year. ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE Exhibit space is assigned on a first come, first served basis, giving priority to sponsors. NJADONA reserves the right to make and/or change location assignments at any time. 3

NJADONA's 23rdAnnuai Convention LUNCH/DINNER TICKETS: Lunch tickets for Monday are included in the badge envelopes you receive at registration. Sponsors of $1,500.00 or more, by an exhibiting company, will receive two complimentary dinner tickets for the Awards Dinner on Monday, April 23, 2012. Additional tickets may be purchased for $65.00 per ticket. Dinner tickets must be ordered by April 6, 2012. The number of seats for the awards dinner is limited. If you are unable to use your tickets, please bring them to Marge Reese at the NJADONA Registration Desk. There will be no refunds under any circumstances. SCHOLARSHIP AUCTION: We are encouraging all of our vendors to bring an item for our Scholarship Auction that will be held during the Awards Dinner on Monday, April 23. (Suggested items include electronic devices, gift cards, gift baskets). All proceeds from the auction benefit NJADONA's Scholarship Fund, which enables qualified nurses to continue their nursing education. Donations should be brought to Marge Reese at the NJADONA Registration Desk no later than noon on Monday, April 23. EXHIBITOR CONTEST: Exhibitors are invited and encouraged to decorate their booth in conjunction with NJADONA's Convention theme. The theme for the 2012 Convention is "Ride the Wave of LTC... An Ocean of Possibilities. Come and Sea!" We invite you to decorate your booth with this in mind. Members of NJADONA's Board of Directors will be judging for the Best Themed Booth. The winner will receive a free booth at the 2013 Convention. Four ads to be included in the 2013 Syllabus will be awarded to the exhibitor deemed to have the Most Original Booth, Funniest Booth, Best Theme Give - A - Way and Best Theme Dressed Vendor. DOOR PRIZES Door prizes are especially popular with convention attendees and draw large crowds. Vendors are encouraged to bring a door prize to use at your exhibit. The drawing for door prizes will be held on Tuesday, April 24, in the exhibit hall at 11:30 am. A representative ofnjadona will be in the exhibit hall to supervise the awarding of the door prizes SPONSORSHIPS: Sponsors are the foundation of our convention and will receive prime exhibit space. In addition, sponsors of $1,500.00 or more, receive two complimentary tickets for the awards dinner. We invite you to participate as a sponsor of our annual convention. We offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities. LODGING To make room reservations, call the Taj Mahal at 1-800-825-8888. Reservations can also be made online at www.trumpmeetings.com. Enter the code ADONAI2. Identify that you are attending the NJADONA convention to assure the group rate of $85.00 / night in the standard tower, $105.00 / night in the Chairman's Tower on Sunday and Monday and $185.00 / night in the Standard Tower and $215.00 / night in the Chairman's Tower on Saturday. You must make reservations prior to March 22, 2012, to receive the convention rate and assure getting a room. After this date, rooms are difficult if not impossible to obtain. CONVENTION SERVICES:. VISTA CONVENTION SERVICES will provide drayage services. Each vendor will receive a vendor packet from Vista. Electric hook-up is handled through Vista. All packages, deliveries, etc. must be mailed through Vista. The Taj Mahal will not accept any deliveries for the exhibit hall.
