Rules and Regulations Payment in full is required for access to exhibit hall for booth installation. Exhibit space and sponsorships are available only to MACUMA members. Exhibitor agrees that its display space is to be used solely for the company listed on space contract and will not sublet nor assign any portion of space nor allow individuals representing any other company in their booth. Exhibitors agree not to host events that conflict with the official conference program including those at offsite locations. Exhibitor is expected to staff booth during published exhibit hours and not break down early. Release of Liability Exhibitor indemnifies and agrees to hold harmless MACUMA, its officers, managers, directors, agents, and/ or employees against any or all damage to property or personal injury or loss caused by Exhibitor or its agents, representatives, employees, or any other person arising out of Exhibitor s omission or activities on the premises of Nemacolin Woodlands Resort. The Exhibitor shall be fully responsible to pay for any and all damages to property owned by Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, its owners, or managers that result from any act or omission of Exhibitor. Exhibitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, its owners, managers, officers or directors, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any damages or charges resulting from Exhibitor use of property. Exhibitor liability shall include all losses, costs, damages, or expenses arising from, out of, or by reason of any accident of bodily injury or other occurrences to any person or persons, including the Exhibitor, its agents, employees, and business invitees that arise from or out of the Exhibitor s occupancy and use of the exhibition premises, Nemacolin Woodlands Resort, or any part thereof. 5
