Rack rates are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to NWR s terms and conditions. Children under the age of 6 stay free of charge. Children of ages 6-12, sharing with a full paying adult pays 50% of the quoted adult rate, commissionable. Children in own chalet adult rate applies. Participation of children under the age of 6 in guided activities is at the discretion of the Camp Manager and cannot therefore be pre-booked. Such participation is at the risk of the parent/guardian. Provision for children sharing will be made upon arrival; however, the booking must be made in advance. No more than two children may share a room with their parents/guardians & only one mattress is provided. Disabled access units are available at a number of our facilities please enquire and specify when booking. In order to promote tourism in the country, Namibians, Namibian permanent residents and members of the diplomatic corps based in Namibia qualify for a 25% discount on accommodation rack rates; Namibian pensioners qualify for a 35% discount on accommodation rack rates. Documentary proof will be required. Tour operators, both in Namibia and abroad, qualify for commission at the discretion of NWR. Guided game drives are commissionable at 10% to Tour Operators only.
