Transportation Motor Coach All of the motor coaches we use are from reliable companies familiar with the destinations All of the coach companies we use are approved by the School Board The drivers are professional and friendly and experienced in working with groups All of our motor coaches have luggage bays, overhead storage, comfortable seating, washrooms, DVD equipment and are air conditioned To ensure the safety of our students, driver s hours of service are regulated by Federal and Provincial laws
Accommodation Our accommodation options for this tour are: TBD Accommodations are selected according to specific criteria Students are placed in quad rooms and are allocated per needs of the group Night supervision is provided each evening at the accommodation
Meals Breakfast and dinner are included daily Meals may be a combination of plated and buffet and there are multiple options offered, including vegetarian Food allergies and dietary restrictions are taken into account Students will need spending money for their own lunches

Online Sign-Up Continued At this time you will be required to pay a $100 nonrefundable deposit plus any insurance selections. Insurance will auto-select the Plus Plan, unless you de-select it. To de-select or modify the selection you must edit this after the payment section. If you do not de-select insurance and want to change this afterwards, you only have 24 hours to do so and receive a refund. After 24 hours we cannot refund this charge.
