You must ensure that your stand can be brought in/out within the specified time as stated. IMPORTANT NOTE ON YOUR STAND Any exhibitor breaking down their stand before the closing time of 3pm on Friday will NOT be offered a stand at the 2019 show. This is both due to health and safety and out of respect to visitors and exhibitors still doing business. DELIVERY AND PICKUP INFORMATION *Revised 16th July by Sharon/Bríd DELIVERIES We will have a forklifting service in operation to receive goods from Tuesday 10am when Show Build is taking place. Skipper staff will be onsite to assist with all deliveries on both Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th. Please note Your Stand Set up time, 12pm - 8pm on Wednesday. Access cannot be permitted outside these times due to Health and Safety. PICK UP Ashton Gate are now offering an onsite Storage Area for Exhibitors to leave packed exhibits for collection on Monday 1st October. Please ensure all exhibits are wrapped safely and clearly labelled and left on your stand. We will take care of placing your goods in the dedicated exhibitor storage area for collections. Skipper staff are not permitted to handle any goods not safely packaged. Please ensure if needed, your collection truck has a tail lift/forklift as this service will not be available on the Monday. 3

YOUR ONLY OFFICIAL SHOW PUBLICATIONS The Skipper, our monthly magazine and Showguide are the only two OFFICIAL publications for your shows. Established in 1964, The Skipper has grown into Europe s leading commercial fishing industry and seafood sector publication. We sell on average 4,500 copies each month, with bonus distribution at all our shows and have over 50,000 followers on social media. All Visitors will have free access to these publications which will be distributed at your next show. Exhibitors will also receive both publications in their exhibition packs. EXHIBITOR INFORMATION & RULES AND REGULATIONS GENERAL SECURITY Organisers will provide general security during the show times. Exhibitors and their staff will not be allowed to enter the exhibition area after official hours. High Vis bibs must be worn during set up and break down, Ashton Gate and Mara Media will not be responsible for supplying the bibs. All personnel in the exhibition area must wear exhibitor badges, during show opening times. Exhibitor badges will be made available from the show organisers, Mara Media on the day of set up. STAND OPERATION Activities which may inconvenience or disturb the conduct of the Skipper Expo Int. Bristol, will be subject to approval by the Organisers, i.e. promotional gimmicks, raffles, musical entertainment, and use of animation and sound equipment. Without special permission from the Organisers, delivery of exhibits cannot be taken onto your stand once the show has officially opened, nor removed from your stand before closure. If exhibitors wish to remove any display item from the show area, please contact Sharon, see page 2 for contact details. Exhibitors must give proper consideration to the conditions under which their equipment will be demonstrated. Precautions must be taken for the public s safety. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to remove personal items from their stand after 5.30pm on the first day of the show. Fire and Safety regulations require that no goods or packing materials may be stored in access areas behind or between stands. The Exhibitor and their staff shall be responsible for any damages to the structure, floor, walls, pillars and any part of the Exhibition Hall, the Property of the Organisers, and other Exhibitors due to the transport, removal of exhibits, refuse and / or decoration works. Aisle ways must be kept clear of all exhibition goods or decoration materials in order to facilitate flow of traffic. Exhibitors and Contractors must clear all items not for display purpose (e.g. containers, packing items) before the show commences. 5

FREE WIFI WiFi is available throughout and is open access for all. The network is Ashton Gate EdgeZ. FREE PARKING We have free parking on site for up to 300 cars. CLEANING The cleaning of Exhibition Halls is by the Ashton Gate Venue Services Team. The daily cleaning of the aisles and stands is included in the room hire charge. Cleaning in the Hall consists of a paper pick up and vacuum. If you require boxes/papers left on or under tables to be removed at the end of a days business, then cleaners will need to be advised accordingly. This request can be made via the Operations Manager on duty. REMOVAL OF WASTE Leave all unwanted items in the aisle pre or post opening times and the Ashton Gate team will remove for you. FAILURE TO EXHIBIT Any organisation/company who has booked a stand and fails to exhibit or turn up for the show shall not receive a refund unless agreed with Mara Media in advance. Full Panel size: W 970mm x H 2300mm Double sided bus stop sign, including stand name and number. NOTE, ALL FIXTURES WILL HAVE TO USE DOUBLE SIDED SELLOTAPE STICKY FIXTURES VELCRO IS NOT TO BE USED. SHELL SCHEME INFORMATION Electric Package includes a 1 x 5ft florescent light and twin socket for 100. This is booked directly with Sharon when making your stand booking. SPACE ONLY Space stands will include floor space only, giving you control to design and build a unique stand to your specification Does not include electrics. As the exhibitor it is your responsibility to ensure that a suitable and sufficient risk assessment is completed. Failure to do so could lead to delays or ultimately the closure of your stand. You are responsible for identifying any aspect of your stand which could present a hazard. If you have answered NO to all of the above sign below.
