Registration opens at 09.45. The conference will start promptly at 11.00. Where should I go when I arrive? The conference will take place at the St Johns Hotel, Solihull. When you arrive you should go to Park Suite, please use the side entrance which can be found to your right if you re facing the main entrance. NUS and hotel staff members will be on site to help you find your way around. Will overnight accommodation be provided? In order to maximize attendance, all delegates (with exception for those with access requirements) will be accommodated in twin occupancy rooms at the St Johns Hotel. All accommodation arranged by NUS will include breakfast. Are meals and refreshments provided? Meals and refreshments will be served at the times specified in the agenda. What time will the event finish? The conference closes at 4:45pm on Thursday 30 th March 2017. Do I need to bring anything with me? Parent/Guardian consent form if under 18. You may find a mobile device useful. The hotel has leisure facilities so you may wish to bring swimming and/or gym clothes.
What should I do if I have a problem? NUS Staff will be available on the information desk throughout the event and will be happy to help wherever possible. You can speak to them in person or can call them on the Conference phone the number of which will be printed on the back of your delegate badge. Additional info Emergencies Please familarise yourself with the emergency evacuation procedures throughout the venue. Valuables Valuables are left at the owners' risk. Cash Point/ATM Nearest Cash Point is at the Premier Inn Solihull Town Centre located across the street from the hotel. Wi-Fi There is complimentary Wi-Fi in the venue. You will be provided with log-in details on registration. Smoking Leave the hotel main entrance and turn right to find a covered smoking area. Purchasing additional refreshments Tea, coffee and snacks will be available during the conference. There is a bar available for purchasing additional drinks.
