Tbilisi is the capital of Georgia and the cultural center of the country. It contains a large number of architectural monuments and modern buildings. Particularly noteworthy are the Narikala fortress located on the bank of the River Mtkvari and the Metekhi Church. In the VI century, the oldest cathedral in Tbilisi - Anchiskhati was built, while the Jvarismama church was built in the 16th century. Another cathedral - Zemo Betlemi - was constructed in the 18th century, as were several other buildings in the historical part of the city. The Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba), built in our time, is one of the largest Orthodox cathedrals in the world. We will start our tour by visiting the Holy Trinity Cathedral (Sameba), then we will walk along the old city, we will see the Metekhi temple located on the cliff and built in the 13th century. After enjoying the view, we will continue along the cable car and climb the Narikala fortress, which was founded in the 4th century AD, offering a panoramic view of Tbilisi and the Botanical Garden. From Narikala fortress we will walk down the hill to the oldest part of the city with interesting houses with open carved balconies. We will continue our trip by visiting the quarter of the sulfur baths of Abanotubani and Legkhvtakhevi, listening to the legends, about how Tbilisi was founded in the 5th century.
The second day - Tbilisi. We will climb the Turtle Lake and visit the Ethnographic Open-Air Museum, located in the Vake district in the central part of the city. On the territory of the museum there are more than a hundred exhibits from all regions of Georgia: authentic houses, outbuildings, utensils, barns, water mills, wine cellars, forges, cowsheds, etc. Officially, the ethnographic museum was opened in the 60s. Visiting the museum, you can reach the Turtle Lake. This is a favorite place for having rest in Tbilisi with families. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of Tbilisi from a bird's-eye view. Directly from the lake, the cable car trains, for 6 minutes will bring you down. Further we will climb Funicular on Mount Mtatsminda to the West from the center of Tbilisi, height - 770 meters above sea level. Mtatsminda is one of the most beautiful natural, historical and cultural attractions of the city. It is covered with coniferous forests and looks proudly at the capital. From Mount Mtatsminda there is a beautiful panoramic view of Tbilisi. Observation platforms are arranged here for viewing the panorama of the city. You can go up to Mtatsminda by several transport means, among which the funicular екфь and the cable car are very popular. At Mtatsminda currently operates the largest leisure park in Georgia with attractions, restaurants, cafes, bars and other entertainments. There is also a TV tower. In the middle of Mtatsminda mountain, on one of the slopes, there is a cathedral named after Saint David Gareji. In the courtyard of the cathedral is a pantheon of Georgian writers and public figures, in which the greatest sons of Georgia are buried, including Ilya Chavchavadze, Akaki Tsereteli, Vazha Pshavela, Galaktion Tabidze. In the pantheon also rest the famous Russian writer and playwright Alexander Griboyedov. Having completed sightseeing, we will go to the Khareba Winery. We will get acquainted with the process of wine- making and taste different types of wines.

We will start by visiting the picturesque monastery of Jvari, sung by M. Yu. Lermontov in the poem "Mtsyri". From the hill on which the monastery is located, breathtaking views on the merging of the two rivers Aragvi and Mtkvari and the Svetitskhoveli temple, the religious center of Georgia, where one of the greatest holy things of the Christian world - the Robe of the Jesus - is preserved. As well in Samtavro Temple there are many sacred objects: a part of the life-giving pillar, the miraculous icon of the Iberian God Mother, the miraculous icon of St. Nino, the graves of the holy kings Mirian and Nana, part of the stone from the grave of St. Nino from Bodbe and other relics.
Gori The city of Gori is located in the Kartli Valley at a place where the River Mtkvari and the river Big Liakhvi are merging. From the south and west the city is surrounded by mountains. We will start by visiting the house-museum of Stalin. The exhibition is chronologically divided into several halls, in which many exhibits belonged to Stalin, including furniture, personal belongings and gifts. Uplistsikhe is an ancient cave city, one of the first cities on the territory of Georgia carved into the rock. The city emerged at the end of the II and the beginning of the I millennium BC, experienced several ups and downs, was finally abandoned in the XIX century and is thus a multilayered archaeological site, one of the most important architectural monuments in Georgia.
Day 4-th - 5th - Kakheti. Monastery Bodbe, the city of love - Sighnaghi, Ujarma, Ikalto. According to some sources, it is here at the junction of the XII-XIII centuries Shota Rustaveli completed his immortal poem "the Knight in the Tiger's Skin".
