Synergy Exposures & Events India Pvt. Ltd., had organized Bakers Technology Fair 2017 - India s Premium event on bakery & confectionery industry. The 6th edition of BTF 2017 was held between 7th 9th July 2017 at CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore. BTF 2017 was inaugurated by Mr. Ponnuswamy, President Coimbatore Bakery Owners Association, key dignitaries present at the Mr. Karthi Vice President Coimbatore Bakery Owners Association Mr. J.N. The 3 Day exhibition witnessed participation of 91 Exhibits from across India representing 12 International brands Show casing state-of-the-art technology and products in the Bakery, Confectionery and food processing industry, which includes Bakery equipment, ingredients, refrigeration, food service technology & essential services. The exhibition is estimated to have generated business enquiries worth INR 112 Crores. The event attracted more than 6725 business visitors, around 1500+ Trade visitors and more than 70 new products unveiled. The fair demonstrated latest developments and advancements in food processing technology and packaging with specific emphasis on quality, hygiene and safety. The exhibition saw a slew of new product launches and live demonstrations, which helped them indentifying potential buyers for sourcing products ranging from raw materials to Baking equipment and packaging machinery. Large scale Bakers, confectioners, FMCG Food Companies, Hotels and Retailers visited the event in the interest of procuring Food Processing Equipment & Technology, Refrigeration Systems, Raw Material, Packaging Materials, Packaging Equipment & Machineries. On 8th July by Mr. Geethakrishnan Jayaraman of Concept Bakers delivered a session on Frozen Technology the Future of Indian Baking Industry followed by Preservatives in Bakery Products & FSSAI Guidelines by Mr. Anandakrishnan Sigamani Panel discussion on Health & Safety in Food Processing was steered by Mr. J.N. Kushwaha (President SIB) Followed by Panel discussion on Impact of GST on Food Business Mr. S.
