Then from 9am - 12 noon on Saturday 3 rd September in the Ground Floor Reception of Assembly Buildings. If you are eligible to vote and have not yet registered your vote you can do so on the day. A registration form can be found on the website at http://www.bbni.org.uk/nibrigadeconference.htm Please note all votes must be registered by 12 noon. Delegates arriving at Belfast International Airport or George Best Belfast City Airport will be able to purchase tickets for transfer to Europa Bus Centre. Full details are available at: www.translink.co.uk Accommodation can be booked at the Premier Inn, Alfred Street, Belfast, BT2 8ED Uniform will be required for the Reception (Friday evening) and the Church Service (Sunday morning). Steadfast Supplies Limited will be open on the Friday from 9.30am to 5.00pm. On Saturday they will have a stand at the Assembly Buildings which will be open from 9am until 1.30pm. They are located at 14 May Street, Belfast, BT1 4NR which is a five minute walk from the Assembly Hall. PROGRAMME DETAILS Friday 2 nd September: A Welcome Reception will be held at Newport, the new home of Northern Ireland District Headquarters in Hillsborough. The reception commences at 7.30pm and will be a relaxed evening where you can meet and chat with other delegates, and enjoy a fork supper along with some musical entertainment. All Brigade Conference delegates and partners are invited to attend. Booking is essential (via the Brigade Conference Registration Form) and transport will be provided for delegates staying in Belfast. A coach will depart from Stand Two at the Europa Bus Centre at 6.40pm (sharp). It is recommended that you use the Glengall Street entrance to access the Bus Centre. Saturday 3 rd September: All sessions of the Conference / Brigade Council will take place in the Assembly Buildings, located directly opposite Jury's Inn Hotel. A Gala Dinner will take place in Assembly Buildings at 7.30pm, followed by a musical programme provided by internationally acclaimed musicians Keith and Kristyn Getty. Dress code smart casual / lounge suit. All Brigade Conference delegates and partners are invited to attend. Booking is essential (via the Brigade Conference Registration Form). Morning Worship will take place at the Grosvenor Hall Methodist Church, 5 Glengall Street, Belfast, BT12 5AD at 11.00 am (which is close to Assembly Buildings and the Europa Bus Centre). We will join with the local congregation for this Service. The speaker will be Mr David Blevins, President, Northern Ireland District.

ANNUAL CAPITATION FEES FOR THE 2017/18 SESSION To confirm the annual capitation fees for 2016/17 session as agreed at Brigade Council in Wolverhampton 5 th September 2015 and to fix the annual capitation fees for the 2017/18 session as proposed below. Capitation Fees for 2017/18 The Capitation Fee structure with effect from 1 September 2017 is: Category Fee Annual Company registration fee 125 Fee per young person 14.00 Company Officers 27.00 (second officer at the same address) 22.00 Officer fee Battalion & District Officers not on Company roll 27.00 Officers in receipt of state retirement pension 21.00 Officers in full time education or training 21.00 Helper Fee 14.00 The fee in respect of an Associate Member is 27.00. MOTION IN THE NAME OF LONDON DISTRICT In Brigade Regulations, Section 3 (The Organisation Regulations & Procedures), Schedule B (Terms of service for members of National Bodies), After Clause B15, insert, Trustee time limit B 16 Where a person who is a Trustee has undertaken any combination of Representative Member, Young People, Co-opted Trustee and/or Brigade Office Bearer roles in succession, his or her maximum aggregate term of office as a trustee shall be nine years from the date of his or her first appointment as a Trustee as registered at Companies House. Where the nine-year period is exceeded part way through a Brigade Session, he or she shall retire on 31 August thereafter. B 16.1 Any person who serves the maximum period as a Trustee permitted under these Regulations shall be eligible for re-election as a Trustee (in any role for which he or she is otherwise eligible) following a break in service for a period of at least 12 months. The maximum period of service set down by these Regulations shall also apply to any period of further service following such re-election."

B 17 For the avoidance of doubt, clause B16:B 17.1 shall apply to all periods of service since 1 September 2009. No Trustee who was appointed on or before 1 September 2009 and who has served continuously since then shall be: (a) Required to retire before 31 August 2018, or (b).
