15/08103/FUL Laurels Seymour Plain extension of existing outbuilding and conversion to annexe & continued use for a temporary period of 3 years (part retrospective) 31/12/15 We cannot see an objection to one further 3 year extension to the change of use for this building. However perhaps it should be subject to no further time extensions. 15/08396/MINAMD: Home Farm House Harleyford 2DX WDC 15/08385 - BCC CC11/9003/CM: High Heavens Household Waste Site Clay Lane Booker 3DJ 15/08420/FUL: White Pillars Seymour Plain 3DA 15/08435/FUL : Woodlea Mundaydean Lane 3BU Proposed non-material amendment to permission for Householder application for construction of a triple garage and garden store including wash room granted under 14/05762/FUL Consultation from Buckinghamshire County Council for Application to vary condition 8 of consent CC11/9003/CM to enable deliveries to be made in all waste vehicle types. construction of single storey side extension construction of detached single storey rear timber garden building, ancillary to main dwelling 2 For Info only - no means of commenting n/a 7/1/16 (BCC) We have concerns about both Saturday and Sunday movements, but emphatically object to any Sunday movements, at any time of the year, as per BCC's already stated ban on movements on all Bank and Public Holidays. 18/1/16 We feel any approval should be subject to the plans complying with WDC s Local Plan for such an environmentally sensitive area (AONB/Green Belt). Particular consideration should be given to the limitation on residential extensions which seeks to restrict their size to 50% of the original dwelling house. Also whilst it does state in the Planning Statement from the architect that no trees are involved, the trees in the adjacent Hunts Wood are very close and should be protected (both the canopy and roots). 12/1/16. 18/1/16 No objections. Submitted by Clerk 12/1/16.
15/08510/FUL: The Boathouse Harleyford 15/08496/FUL: Collingtree Cottage Frieth Road 2JQ Construction of replacement boathouse following demolition of existing boathouse construction of two storey front extension, single storey rear extension together with associated internal alterations and the widening of/connection to an existing access to create an in out drive 19/1/16 We note the site has previously been given permission for a replacement boathouse - see planning application 10/06407/FUL. (And before that as well so assume the build has not taken place.) All the previous conditions relating to the flood plain and non-residential use should be applied to this application if WDC is minded to approve it. 19/1/16. 28/1/16 The dwelling is offset from its neighbouring houses, standing much closer to Frieth Road. Any additions to the front will therefore not have any visual or light denying impact upon them. Our Councillor who visited the site could not see the back of the property but the plan would suggest that the same applies. The in out drive is not an uncommon feature in this area. As a result the parish has no cause for any objection. 25/1/16. 3
